    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Save Your Money (Zipper Tab Pops Off After Single Use) I bought a box of the quart sized bags. Every single one I have used thus far seals just fine and holds the seal. The first time. Try to use the zipper tab to unseal it? The tab pops straight off leaving you stuck either forcing the bag open or slicing a hole into it - either way it isn't re-useable, as it is next to impossible to get the tab back on and working again (the one time I did, it popped off again). Save your money and just buy the regular manual zip bags (I have a box of Gallon ones I haven't touched yet... probably going to track down my receipt and just return it and not risk opening it)

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Which is best? For those using Ziploc bags multiple times My wife grew up on a farm, so she simply doesn't see not using Ziploc bags many, many times. She puts the bags open-down, so the water drains out the bottom. That's the traditional way. I put the bags open as wide as possible, in the sun if possible, since I see evaporation as faster than drip-drying. I call my way the scientific way. Do you have a professional, manufacturer opionion or research on which is best for drying? It would settle a long-running difference of opinion in our house.

When I finally figured out how to get them open, I then had the same problem on the flip side when I went to use what was inside. Ended up having to just cut the entire top off!

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality, I miss the old Ziploc. I buy Ziploc bags in all sizes, freezer and regular. I need to switch to a new brand. The bags rip as soon as you open them, straight down the seam. The also rip between the zipper and the plastic bag. So frustrating! This has been happening for so long but I've been hoping it will get better. Not so! Goodbye Ziploc, it's officially time for a change.
