Rated 5 de 5 de par A great product...and extremely versatile. I received this product as a gift from a friend who knew of my interest in model railroading. I first used it to secure cork roadbed to benchwork which included several types of composition including a very rugged plywood. The nailer drove brads quickly and accurately into wood that I had real trouble penetrating manually. The tool is extremely well balanced and easy to hold and has enough heft to accurately position. I have also used it in several other applications including repairs, hanging wall coverings and insulation and securing speaker and computer wire. I highly recommend it to hobbyists, home craftsmen and anyone using light duty fasteners.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Good starter nail gun! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this nail gun for small woodworking projects. Since this was my first nail gun, I wasn't sure what the difference was in the nails so I purchased some no-name brad nails. During my first project, the nails would bend, and sometimes 2 would discharge causing a mess on the wood. I was about to return the nail gun thinking it was the problem. Instead, I decided to buy Arrow brand brad nails, and the problem went away. Now I know the other brand was just very low quality. I've used this several time since then and it's been working great. I'm quite happy with my first nail gun!

Rated 5 de 5 de par general household repairs [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality tool, easy to use. My only complaint is the directions - the print is so ***ing small I had to use a magnifying glass to read it. When I invest in a tool I always take time to read the directions for use, of course but safety is key so I read all warnings and rules of safe use and instructions. The print in your instruction booklet is so small it is literally not legible. A tool's instruction manual is a huge key to safe and correct use -- I have a drawer in my cabinet dedicated to user manuals received with all my tools for future referrals. Thanks for the opportunity to relate.

Rated 5 de 5 de par An affordable, solid electric nail gun. The ET200BN Electric Nail Gun is a surprisingly fantastic electric nail gun. Would it hold up to professional construction nail guns? No, but I don't need that. I need to nail trim boards, nail thin pieces of framing, or work on hobbies that require small nails. It's perfect for that. I love the case that comes with it too. I love that I don't need an expensive and clunky air compressor. I wish the adjustable pressure gauge had a better indicator for where I am on the dial, but whatever. And though I might need to go back with a hammer to finish driving a few nails, I still recommend this hardy guy to anybody that needs a casual nail gun.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Great Electric Nailer for the budget price This is the only Electric nailer in this price range which can fire brad nails upto size 1 1/4". Most electric ones in this price range can only do upto a max of 3/4". It is just a brad nailer though and not a stapler-nailer combo. I have so far used it on pine and it works good considering I can't really use a pneumatic one in my apartment building. It is an Electric nailer so unlike a pneumatic one, the nails don't go very deep into pine. Applying pressure on the top of the gun while firing does help with flushing the nails a bit. All in all, this is a great electric nailer for budget price, if you can't really have a pneumatic gas compressor one.

Rated 4 de 5 de par Very easy to use [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a novice power tool user, I like to make rustic home décor. I wanted something that would fasten dry weathered wood without splitting it, This is perfect for that. It does not sink the brads in all the way though, a little disappointment there. I have tried turning the dial to + and that does not change anything. It leaves about an eighth of an inch of the brad out of the pine I am using. It is not such a big issue for me, I can sink the nail the rest of the way. I did not want to have to purchase a compressor and needed something that would nail 1 1/4 inch brads and this solved the problem. Code 1117

Rated 5 de 5 de par easy to use [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The reason I purchased the ET200BN is for nailing molding. I've read some of the reviews, the read the nails would not penetrate the wood deep enough, I think it really depends on what kind of wood you are nailing. I'm a maintenance engineer and I've used my nail gun on a lot of projects, mostly molding around the air conditioners at the Hotel I work at. for quick jobs this works great. If someone is going to nail larger or thicker wood, a lager nail gun should be used. If you're going to work on smaller projects then the ET200BN is perfect.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Great for Kitchen Valence [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ET200BN Professional Electric Nailer was the perfect tool to help me install my kitchen light valence wood molding. For someone that used this tool for the first time it was easy to use, lightweight and 1" brad nails and adjustable depth made it easy to ensure that the valence was tight against the underside of the cabinet. It was very effective in ensuring my 45 degree joints were perfectly and tightly joined. I see the nailer coming in handy for various other molding and trim work I have planned. Very satisfied with this purchase and the price point is very reasonable.

Can this be used for a carpet runner on the stairs ?

Posée par: Joe1
No I don't believe it would as the size of the nailhead is small. I used it for baseboards and it worked alright!

Can I use this for shingling?

Posée par: Kevin
Hello, This tool fires brad nails from 5/8" to 1.25 inch". Shingles require a roofing nail, which has a 3/8”, very thin, flat head. Hope this helps. -- Your Arrow Fastener team

Hi. Can this tool be used for moulding? Thank you.

Posée par: Rusty
Hello - This tool fires brad nails up to 1 1/4" (32mm). To ensure that the nail can fully penetrate the substrate, you might want to consider our pneumatic nail gun, the PT18G, which fires up to 2” (50mm) brad nails. - Your Arrow Fastener Team

Is this nailer adequate for installing 5/16" tongue and groove pine? Must be an electric nailer

Posée par: JGTT
No it isn't. Spend your money on anything else. This nailer hasn't worked from day one. Got stuck not being able to return it due to Covid restrictions. It would make a great paperweight though.

What size brad nails does this do, and can you use an extension cord with it?

Posée par: oceangirl
Hello, Thank you for your question. The Arrow ET200BN fires Arrow BN1810CS (5/8”), BN1812CS (3/4”), BN1816BCS (1”) and BN1820 (1 ¼”) brad nails. You can use an extension cord with this tool. However, note that a cord of 25-feet or longer may have an affect on voltage. If you have additional questions, please contact us directly at customercare@arrowfastener.com or 800-776-2228. -Your Arrow Fastener team

Is this nailer adequate for installing 5/16" tongue and groove pine?

Posée par: JGTT
I think you should go for a more powerful one, I regret buying this one. All nails stick out and need hammering after to push in.
