Rated 5 de 5 de par Custom sized to meet my door opening This door is excellent and well made. I especially liked that I could custom fit this with a few inches higher and wider for my application and at no extra cost. I also found the Clopay customer service people very helpful as I sized this in a custom build building. The door ended up being slightly larger than 11 feet tall and 15 feet wide. I did the installation by myself one piece at a time. I also went with the upgrade to make the bearings and spring heavy duty and glad I did that. In the end, the price of the door was very competitive in price and below the competition. Looking back I could not have done better and glad I chose Clopay

Rated 5 de 5 de par Product was as promised I bought this garage door for a new construction project. It was fairly simple to assemble and install. I put it together by myself until I got to placing the over head rails. Two people make that part of the installation much easier. It does take all day to install one of these. There are a lot of parts. The spring assembly instructions were a little challenging to understand but I got there eventually. It comes with two handles for some reason but one on the bottom panel is all you need. I also bought the lock assembly and that was fairly straight forward to install. You do need your own hanger hardware to hang the over head rails. I have another garage in the works. I will buy this product for that one too.

Rated 4 de 5 de par Good door, but poor instructions Very happy with the door. Good fit and easy installation; however, the instructions are not easy to follow due to lack of details. Be prepared to use some good mechanical judgement to supplement the instructions. The doors were delivered without all of the required pieces and in one case, the wrong pieces (associated with the springs). Contacting Clopay was a little frustrating due to having to be transferred to three different people. The person who responds to Home Depot customers was very helpful and sent the missing parts promptly.

Rated 4 de 5 de par Good Product But Could Be Better During a critical step of the installation process, while installing the vertical tracks, it was noted that the flanges are permanently attached to the tracks via rivets. The instructions state that if adjustment of the track is necessary, to drill out the rivets and install track bolts and nuts and that the bolts and nuts can be obtained by calling their customer service center. After talking to the company and asking why the track bolts and nuts aren't supplied with the door, they stated that Home Depot wants them ordered like that - they didn't want to pay the cost of the extra fasteners. It was VERY inconvenient and at an untimely part of the installation where this happened. If you buy these doors, get the extra track bolts/nuts up front.

Rated 2 de 5 de par rubber bottom seal is wrinkled and is defective The door itself looks good, but the rubber seal at the bottom is wrinkled and really looks bad, and is not acceptable. Advantage Garage Door, the installer, said they will replace it when the weather gets warmer, as the cold weather is the problem? If this problem is resolved, I would recommend this door.

Rated 4 de 5 de par UN insulated Garage door Well ok here's my true feelings about this purchase. I could have bought local in Anchorage for 300.00 more ( insulated.) This un insulated door is for a boat shed therefore insulated wasn't needed. Upon arrival and taking 2 1/2 months to build and ship I was really just wanting to get it in the opening before snow. This has no skin on the inside, if I'd of known that I would have bought local and spent the Xtra 300.00 ...it was also missing structural screws on the inside. NOT REALLY HAPPY CAMPER FOR THE PRICE

Hi bd, In addition to all the panels all installation hardware is included with the door (track, springs, hinges, rollers), Depending on your situation (new construction or replacement door) you may need to purchase a track hangar kit (internet SKU 100078084) and you may need to purchase weatherseal for around the exterior of the door (not included with the door). Yes an 8' high door will give clearance for a 7' truck, when door is fully opened. &nbsp;If you are planning on a motorized door opener, make sure you get it for an 8' door.

Which spring type does this come with? I would like the torsion spring, they work and look much better than the extension springs. If they come with extension springs is there an option to change that? Thank you.

There are two springs that are hooked back to the hangers that hold the horizontal rail up, then the pull cable is ran through a couple of rollers and down to the bottom of the garage door. &nbsp;THEY ARE NOT TORSION SPRINGS, and I was never given any options for different spring systems.
