When you try to hammer it in , it bends in the middle then it will not go in at all. The Idea is great on paper but in reality it does not work. I have been a handyman for quite a few years and decided to give this a try. Four out of four anchors bent right before the side legs went into the hole. I ended up finishing the job with old school plastic anchors.

Rated 1 de 5 de par Useless!!! Tried these on 3 separate projects. Using their drill bit and smaller ones. When you start to turn the screw in the anchor, the anchor just spins and makes the hole huge. You never get the anchor to "crush". I bought an 70 pack destroyed at lest 10 of the anchors trying to get them to work. Stay away!!! Don't make my $10-15 mistake.

Used on drywall with metal framing, so I cannot comment on concrete or other uses. Hung many items in a condo with ease. Handled a 15lb clock with ease on one anchored screw. Like the size as well for medium to large frames. Wrote this review because I used the whole package and I was coming back to buy more and had to leave a note since the existing reviews gave it such a low rating. Purchased another pack today.

I'd use the provided drill bit, tap that plastic anchor into the wall, then get the screw about 3/4 of the way in before the pressure of having to screw it in would cause the anchor to spin in the wall. It just refused to grip inside the wall. There's nothing you can do by that point but pull the whole thing out and start again, but you will need a larger and better anchor and screw. No one loves to run back to the store in the middle of a project. I tried different methods with these too. Drill with a phillips head - no-go. Manually screwing them in - no-go. I was super careful about not pushing too hard and keeping everything straight. Is there some sheetrock that they just don't work well with?

Rated 1 de 5 de par Not good for use in drywall If you are the type of person that likes screws to be tight don't use these anchors in drywall. Bought some of these anchors to install shelf brackets in drywall. They just started spinning in place once I tried to tighten the screws down. More tension is required to twist the screws and activate the anchor mechanism than the drywall is able to resist so the anchor breaks away from its position in the drywall and starts spinning. You will end up having to pull them out of the wall and use something more robust.

Rated 1 de 5 de par Even with the provided drill bit the hole was too... Even with the provided drill bit the hole was too big and as the anchor began to expand it pulled it right through the wall. In the past I’ve never had much luck with these plastic Molly Screws and thought that this newer disign would work better but didn’t !!! I went with the metal and they worked

Though, the drill bit is so dull it's useless after drilling 3 holes. If you need more a hammer drill, or a handful of extra masonry bits will be needed.
