Rated 5 de 5 de par Best faucet I've ever owned This faucet was used as a replacement for another manufacturer faucet that I had purchased prior to this one and I cannot say enough positive things about how wonderful this faucet is. I had issues with the handle of the other faucet interfering with my granite bar. This faucet handle stops in the upright position, allowing for close-quarters installations. Easy to use, this faucet is top quality. The pull down part of the faucet is metal, not plastic, giving a durable feel and it easily zips back up into place with a magnetic hold. I LOVE this faucet and am so happy I bought it!! Wouldn't change it out for anything else.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Second review I was unable to edit my first review...so I'm adding a second one. Two points I didn't cover in the first review. 1. I mounted this faucet with the control handle on the left side. I am right handed...but I prefer my control on the left. If you like a left handed control...you would need to have a 3-4" clearance behind the faucet....because the HOT would be in the BACK position. Cold is straight up. 2. I really like the pull down nozzle part NOT being a 'bell' shape. Those are so dated. The sleek straight shape is a more timeless look. After using my faucet for a couple weeks now... I like it even more.

The faucet works as is should and was easy to install. Just the other day i found a nice puddle of water in the bottom of my cabinet. Could not figure out where the water was coming from. Cleaned up that water and the next day was another puddle of water. Spent some time trying to figure out where the water was coming from. Found that the water was dripping down the water lines from inside the faucet when the cold water was turned on. Call their Customer service and the lady was great but the problem with that is the items will take over 2 weeks to get! Now have to wait for them to come in.

Rated 4 de 5 de par replaced a German product Had to replace an equally expensive product that failed. Could have ordered parts, but the wait meant too much water all over the kitchen. The only problem I had with this is faucet was the weight supplied to retract the hose after use. I ended up using the supplied weight as well as the weight from the old faucet. Combined, it works great. Looks great, good finish, well designed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kitchen faucets have come a long way since the first one I bought for my condo back in the 90’s. Design is personal, but this is a handsome faucet and the sprayer design adds an interesting design element. Build and materials quality is excellent and installation was simple. Most modern faucets now come like this, with the supply lines integrated, so you don’t have to purchase additional short supply lines like in the old days. The faucet is a pleasure to operate and instantly spruces up the kitchen. The sprayer is great and, while I was at first skeptical of the magnetic docking, I really love that feature. If you like the design of this faucet, you should trust the reviews that it’s a solid, quality product.

I bought this to replace a 7-year old builders grade faucet that did not hold up well. The original faucet had a plastic head that scratched and looked terrible. This Delta unit has a metal head and a magnetic assist to keep the head in place. Install was a snap. The faucet has a very high quality feel and a good look. This unit is on the taller side compared to most that we looked at. I installed it without the base directly on granite counter top. It looks great and functions perfectly. If you are looking for a high quality and taller faucet, this one is worth your time.

It's amazing how a faucet changes the look. My plumber said this is one of the most easiest faucets he ever installed which is a testament to delta!! My last faucet started leaking right away. This one does not. The hose comes out about 20 inches which reaches everywhere in the sink.

I was looking for something with better water flow, and this faucet has met my expectations. I do not even have to turn the water on full blast to get the food off the dishes. The pull down spout is easy to use and returns into place as expected. I have not had a "hidden" soap dispenser prior to this, so I had no expectations. But, now no worries about a clunky soap container awkwardly sitting on the counter that has to be moved and cleaned constantly. It is nice to NOT have to clean a dispenser that everyone touches with dirty hands. The most that gets dirty is the top of the button, and this wipes off easily with no streaks left. We have been using the faucet 2 weeks and would recommend for function if you like the style.

Should the pull-down sprayer retract on its own or do you need to manually retract?

When the sprayer is pulled down, it stays down. Weight is properly installed and no hang-ups under the sink.

I place it back but it does pop into place once it gets close. I don't mind that. I'm probably being overly careful. The button has to be in the front for it to hold tight.

I just had this faucet installed and when the sprayer is pulled down, it stays down until I push it back up. The weight is installed and the lines are clear.

The soap handle lifts right out, and you fill. All these type soap dispensers overflow easily during filling due to viscosity of the soap, so much add slowly. We solved this by keeping a small plastic funnel under the sink that we use to fill, and fills easily with no mess.

No you do not have to hold the button on the spray. I have a 10" deep sink and I can pull it to the bottom of the sink (maybe farther?). The magnet holds it very well - you have to guide it back up and the magnet will "grab" it.
