Rated 3 de 5 de par Love the style! Not impressed with performance. We recently remodeled our master bathroom and bought these faucets for the sink. We have been using them for just over a month and while I love how they look and the styling of them, I do not like them when I use them. The aerator is rectangular and the water sprays everywhere whenever you put something in the water stream. I have tried moving my hands around in the sink and different heights close to and away from the faucet. It doesn't matter how hard I have the water turned on, no matter what the water just splashes everywhere. Also because the spout of the faucet is flat, water sits on it. When I wash my hands I use the towel to dry my hands and then have to wipe off the faucet so it doesn't have dry water spots on it all the time.

The product (or at least the product literature for not making this feature clear) has one serious flaw. There is no aerator per se, which would otherwise in a normal situation generate a "dampened" stream of bubbly water leaving the faucet. So as the water hits the basin undampened it bounces up and causes splatter all over the sink, floor and wall ... basically anything within 2 feet (including in my case the glass sidewall of my adjacent shower enclosure)! I have to wonder if American product designers ever test their products in real world situations .. this is not the first Delta product I have had isues with. If this is the new "trend" in faucet design the so called trend setting interior decorators/designers can have it. Yes, the water comes out of the faucet in what must have been designed to look like two intertwined ribbons ... very pretty to look at but not practical/functional at all. Who wants to have to wipe up the entire area around your bathroom sink every single time you use it!?! Also, on a quality note, the escutcheon plate included to cover up three hole basin setups is too flimsy/flexible. As you tighten down on the faucet to get a snug fit, the plate noticeably bends up on either end. Very disappointing to see. Again, did the designers ever actually install one of these? If they had they would have had to notice this defect right away.

Rated 2 de 5 de par LOOKS ARE GREAT BUT FLOW DOESN’T SEEM TO BE 1.2GPM PLEASE HELP!!! I want these to work badly but I’m barely getting any water flow through the two new ones purchased and my contractor cannot figure out why. Rest of my bathroom is fitted with high end detla and works great. I don’t mind lower GPM but this is nearly like turning off a normal bathroom faucet and trying to get proper use out of it.

Rated 1 de 5 de par DO NOT BUY THIS FAUCET!! I had this faucet put in when we had our bathroom renovated a year ago and I hated it! When you turn the water on you get a splash all over your counter and all over the floor. My contractor laid construction paper on the floor and counter and turned on the water. You could see splashes three feet away!! He turned the water way down and it did not make a difference. It took a while but eventually my contractor was able to get a refund and replaced my faucet with one where the water comes out normally.

Rated 3 de 5 de par Great looking faucet but.... I just installed the Modern in our guest bathroom and I'm not that impressed with it. Two things are picking at me. The water supply lines that came with the faucet were 6 inches too short. I had to purchase two extra hoses to extend them so they would reach the valves. The second thing is the water flow, or lack of it. I understand that flow restrictors are now required but even at full flow, there is barely enough flow. I'm happy with how it looks but that's about it.

Rated 2 de 5 de par Nice look, well built base, splashes all over. I love the look of this Ara line, but the faucets splash all over the counter and back wall. It has a wave pattern, which I think is a problem. If i could change it, I would. I revised the backsplash to 11" high to protect the wall/mirror. Unfortunately I put three of these in the two full baths and wished I had not purchased them. They were not cheap.

Suitable for Push-button Pop-up drain?

Do you have a recommended push-button pop-up for this? And, I want to make sure there is no hole in the back for a mechanical pop-up linkage.
