Rated 5 de 5 de par Home Depot and honoring the warranty I was concerned after reading a customer comment that a bad battery under warranty would have to be shipped back to the manufacturer IN INDIA ! "I contacted Home Depot, where I purchased it. I was informed that I had to go to the Manufacturer for the warranty. What I saw was that I had to send the battery to India along with the receipt to get a replacement." So i emailed Exide asking if that was true, here is their response: Thank you for contacting Stryten. I apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. There is an agreement between Home Depot and Stryten and they will honor the warranty. If they don’t have a replacement to give you, Home Depot is supposed to provide a store credit. Please take your battery back to The Home Depot for a warranty replacement. If the Home Depot customer service associate will not warranty your battery ask for a Manager or Supervisor while you are in the store and have them contact our office for assistance .... our office hours are from 8AM to 4:30PM EST and we will speak to the associate to resolve the issue. You can't beat the price at Home Depot when I compared the Exide battery to the comparable batteries at the two large auto part shores.

Rated 1 de 5 de par Purchased battery on 11/24, installed on 11/25. Went to start the car on 11/28 and there wasn't e... Purchased battery on 11/24, installed on 11/25. Went to start the car on 11/28 and there wasn't even enough power to unlock the driver's door. Put the battery on the bench and charged it for an hour. Battery voltage went from 12.6 to 13.3. I could then watch the battery discharge on the bench not connected to any loads. Got the last one in stock, will try to exchange or return in the morning.

The picture used is for the 2-yr Sprinter series battery. The actual item is the Sprinter MAX, which does have 3-yr replacement as the description states.

It's a side terminal, positive on left front. If the car uses a group 35, I'm sure it will work fine.
