Rated 4 de 5 de par It Works But It's a Challenge Cramming 3 Connections Inside This was the only option available to convert and hang pendants to a track mounted to the ceiling. It works and because it's small, it's not all that noticeable. However, that small size makes it REALLY difficult to pack the wire connectors for three wires (black, white and ground) into the part. After trying unsuccessfully with twist wire nuts, I opted to solder each of the three pairs of wires together. Even then I felt like I was cramming everything into the little adaptor body. Nevertheless, it all worked out and my three pendants are hanging securely from the track.

Yes, this adapter can be used with LED or other kinds of lights. You just can't exceed the wattage limit (which you won't with 99% of pendant light fixtures.) The difficult thing with this adapter is actually wiring it... it's small, and you have to be pretty good at wiring to squeeze all the connections, strain relief, etc. into it. But it turned out nice (I used 3 on my track light) and the ladies are all pleased!
