Rated 4 de 5 de par Great looking fan, don't buy it for the light. Great looking fan. Just the light is super dim, not enough for a single light source room. Also, the controllee isn't always functioning right away, you have to manually turn it on for the light to function with the controller. For just to circulate air, fantastic!

Rated 3 de 5 de par Remote useless Installed this fan as per instructions and was pleased with the finish and how quiet the motor was. The light is too weak. Good for mood lighting only. The instructions were not the best. Once the fan was installed I opened up the package with the remote. The installation instructions for the remote is a different document than installation manual for the main unit. As a result, the entire fan had to be dismantled as the remote is the first item which should be installed but this is never mentioned in the main document. The controller is supposed to be installed in the canopy. But the canopy is far too small to hold the controller. Could not reinstall the fan with the controller. A better design would incorporate the controller into the fan already.

Rated 2 de 5 de par It just stopped working I loved the look and price of this fan. I installed it about 4-5 months ago, and now it's not working. I didn't notice that the fan wasn't working since it was cold, and I didn't need it. I noticed that the light would flicker and just turn off on its own. Now, that the weather is warm, I want/need the fan on and it won't work. Both pull cord strings make the light turn on or off (which then flickers off on it's own anyway) but neither cord will turn the fan on. The remote won't work to help either. I hope customer service will take care of this because this is unacceptable that 6 months later, it fails to work.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Great Fan This fan is excellent, I have had it for many years. We installed the remote, it works great. I would suggest buying a dimmable LED light so it is much brighter and change the remote code so you don't get interference.

I just bought a house with this fan installed. The remote is missing. Problem is the light is very dim, even with an LED in there. Question is was the light left on in the dimmest mode, or are there different levels of light with the remote? Thank-you.

I purchased this fan a few years ago. I just tried to turn it on and the blades will not tu I Canberra hear the motor runnbut the blades won't turn. Any suggestions how I can fix this?

Thank you for your question. Please make sure that the light is set to its brightest setting. The light is dimmable via the remote control. Press and hold the light button on the remote to cycle through the light's brightness settings from bright to dim to bright again. If this does not increase the light's output, you can change the bulb to one with a higher lumen output. The light is rated for 60W maximum. We would suggest using an LED bulb with a higher wattage equivalent or a bulb that is rated at 5000K (daylight). 5000K bulbs offer a brighter appearance.

how do i remove globe to replace light bulb, there is no finial at bottom of bowl

Thank you for your question. The globe is screwed into the ring of the light kit. To remove the globe and change the bulbs, simply press up a bit on the glass and unscrew it from the housing. This will give you access to change the bulbs.
