Rated 1 de 5 de par Just terrible! Bought this for a job with about 12 fittings. Nothing but problems. Carbonizes very easily and does a very poor job of helping the solder wick and flow. You must be spot on with the temperature as it isn't forgiving at all. I meticulously cleaned all fittings and pipe (i.e. I could never make a living as a plumber spending that much time prepping the pieces) so it wasn't that the pieces were poorly cleaned. Pipes were also dry. Nothing but aggravation. I should have heeded the other reviews that warned of this.

Rated 1 de 5 de par The Flux and Bernzomatic After Sales Service Sucks I provided feedback to this site a month ago and received a standard response from Bernzomatic asking for me to supply additional detail direct to their email address. I provided a response 25 days ago, but received no reply. The torch is good, but the flux is rubbish. I have completed numerous copper pipe plumbing jobs using silver brazed joints and tenacity flux. Tried to use this flux to solder copper capillary water pipe fittings. Bernzomatic lead free solder would not stick to the fittings or run into the joints. Tried several times after carefully cleaning the fittings each times. Eventually concluded the problem was the flux so purchased an alternative product which worked fine. I cannot believe that Bernzomatic can sell this product which clearly does not work. Is it a faulty batch or does it never work on copper pipe? Avoid this product and buy an alternative flux. It was very frustrating and I wasted some copper fittings and solder in the process as well as paying for a product which did not work.
