Rated 5 de 5 de par Great appliance horrible smell [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had the cooktop a couple of weeks and love how it works and the look! It heats quickly and is easy to clean. It does have a loud smell that I thought was coming from the vent filter. I tried cleaning it with soap and water but that didn't help. I have been burning scented candles to cover the smell hoping in time it will dissipate.

Does this cooktop comes with a 3 phase electrical plug? If it does, what kind plug is it? I need to match the plug with a receptacle. If not, what wire is used to connect the cooktop to the power source?

Hello FirstTimePlumber, this model does not use a plug, it would be hard wired. Please feel free to view the Installation Instructions for more information. https://bit.ly/3kUynZ8. We hope this helps.

How do these cooktops hold up to cast iron use?

Posée par: Rod01
Hello Rod01! You can use cast iron, however, we do recommend not to pull across the cooktop as it can scratch the top. We also recommend the bottom of the pan be straight. We hope this helps.
