Rated 2 de 5 de par Quality problem hidden inside This is a nice looking faucet to replace a highly corroded quarter-century old faucet in a little-used bathroom. Installation was fairly easy, I liked the pop-up "clicker" drain stop, although I wonder about the durability of the plastic stop surround. The big problem was when everything was connected. When I turned the faucets on, it started to leak from the inside of the faucet into the vanity below. There was no apparent leak from the outside at the handle. It leaked from the inside, where obviously the supply lines came together inside the stem. It was a huge disappointment. I returned it posthaste and bought another manufacturers faucet.

The finish is really beautiful brushed look. The faucet handle is smooth with a ceramic valve for a leak and drip free use. Easy installation. Single-lever handle is simple and makes adjusts water temperature easily. 1-piece, self-contained ceramic disc valve allows both volume and temperature control. 1.2 GPM maximum flow rate at 60 psi. For single-hole or 4 in. centers with the base plate. Very simple faucet assembly and mounting hardware requires no special tools. Definitely Kohler quality.

This was by far a DIY dream to install. The installation directions are straight forward and easy if you follow them step by step. It can be installed on single hole or 4 inch centers with the included deck plate. One thing that I appreciate about Kohler is the vast number of faucet designs for just about any need and most faucets come in several finishes to choose from. The Spot Repel Vibrant Brushed Nickel finish does in fact work well as does the Durable Ceramic Valve for a leak free life. Please take the time to register your purchase with Kohler for their Lifetime Warranty. I have used the warranty before and they really do take care of their customers. Made in China with Limited Lifetime Warranty

Smooth lever action, nice flow of water, fantastic drain. The pop up is a work of art in the simplicity of installation. Pop up is larger than normal as is the plumbing to help alleviate hair clogs in the drain. No added lever to clean on the faucet, just push down the drain to close, put again to open. Straight forward installation with awesome directions that you don't really need if you've installed a few faucets before. Set up is easy with nice long braided hoses, great design all around. Exactly what one would expect since it's a Kohler!

The faucet is a sparkling brushed nickel that hides the water spots and smears sometimes left by the family. The only negative is the drain top which tends to retain water on it. The faucet was super easy to install and the instructions were complete and easy to understand. The one-push drain to open and close works easily. It is an easy twist to occasionally remove the top to clean andy hair caught in the drain. The height of the faucet makes it easy to wash your hair in the sink.

I am installing it in our guest bath but with the looks of it I may have to get two more for the primary bathroom as well. The Sundae series is a very elegantly designed single-handled faucet for the bathroom sink. Love the curve for its classic look. Kohler makes high quality product using ceramic valve. Installation was easy. We love the glamorous Brushed Nickel finish. Highly recommend it.

When you pick it up the weight of the faucet feels substantial. The finish looks great ...I would expect it to last years if not decades. Installation is very simple ...pretty much exactly like other similar faucets. The operation of the handle is simple and feels smooth ...again like one would expect from a quality faucet. Finally, the instructions are clear and well-written. Just a nice product from a great company.

I don’t know if this is a new federal mandate like toilet flush capacity or not but the purchaser should have the choice to use the restrictor or not. In MI. we do not have a water shortage like in the SW.

Does this item have a pop-up drain assembly?

It is for sinks with an overflow port. (Note the hole on the side of the lower portion of the drain.) There is no rod connecting the faucet to the drain. Simply push the drain to engage or disengage it.

Why is the mounting plate (escutcheon?) made of plastic? Seems like it won't hold up. Not sure if I should return it.
