The build and quality of the faucet really changed how we felt about doing chores and preparing food in our kitchen sink. The stainless steel matches our existing stainless appliances perfectly, making it a perfect match. Installation included everything we needed, although we are going from a 3 hole faucet to a 1 hole faucet, we will need to pickup so hole covers. Regardless the faucet was easy to install, has great pressure, and easy to use. The height is perfect and reach is great for any job in the kitchen.

We had it installed by a plumber (for an extra $60) but within 2 weeks the faucet handle fell off. On inspection and reference to the instruction manual, it was missing the "set screw". Tried Home Depot and they don't carry anything that small. I called Kraus and after taking photos and sending in the original invoice, they are sending a set screw. Really more bother than I would expect for this item. Hopefully it will arrive soon and be easily installed. But for now - not a happy customer. I would recommend it as I would not expect every buyer to experience a missing set screw!!!

Rated 4 de 5 de par Gorgeous Faucet [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely beautiful, modern and stylish. I have 25 of these faucets installed in an apartment community so I know them very well. Residents love the look! Huge selling feature. Easy to use once you're familiar with them and great water pressure. The packaging the faucet arrives in is top notch and keeps the finish in pristine condition. The installation is very straightforward. Kraus has worked out a lot of the kinks in this design since they first released it. Unfortunately I have some of the older models which require constant tightening and adjustment. It mounts best to a thicker sink material. I have some units with thinner grade stainless steel sinks and the faucet is tall and stout enough that the sink will flex and bend when the faucet is moved. An optional deck-mounting plate would help this problem. There are still a couple design issues I wish they'd address. Due to the stiffness of the hose and coil, the spray head will often tilt backwards towards the back of the sink. That can be a troubling source of water leaks if your sink isn't sealed well in back. The other issue is the coil is too rigid. It doesn't pull down and the spray head doesn't pull out so you're really limited to the height of the spray head and moving it side to side. So it's definitely beautiful but there's probably a reason for this lower price point. It's not as flexible as the higher-end coil faucets. Note, if you have a standard 4-hole sink you'll also need caps to fill the abandoned holes. I use a soap dispenser in the sprayer hole (caps and soap dispenser not included). I give it 5 stars if you're mounting on a thicker sink.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Great faucet, great price! I purchased this faucet in 2017 and have been very satisfied with it. Recently I've noticed reduced pressure, and my handyman said I needed an aerator key which enables access to the filter for cleaning. I contacted Kraus, and when I told them I didn't have the faucet #, Reid had me send a couple of photos of the faucet, found the #, and immediately sent me a replacement hand spray and aerator key. It was like having a brand new faucet! WOW! I'm very impressed with the speed and efficiency in addressing the problem with no questions asked, and no hassle. When I wrote Reid back to thank him, he then sent me a very nice towel set as well as another hand spray and aerator key. This is customer service above and beyond!

Rated 4 de 5 de par Nice faucet so far I'm very happy with the faucet so far. Good quality, though it is too bad that the nozzle/sprayer isn't metal like the rest of the faucet. I've read that some people have problems with the sprayer/stream switch on the sprayer, but since the faucet has a good warranty, I'm not too concerned.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Great for filling high pots, but very industrial look [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Kraus facet is well build and excellent for filling high pots and rinsing down the sink basins. However, you really have to like the industrial look and have the kitchen that accents it. I thought I had the right kitchen (half stainless steel counters and half black granite counters), but after 2 month I'm just not enjoying the look. While the function and quality is spot on, I'm just can't get over the look of the spring and exposed black hose.

Will the KPF-1612SS Faucet fit in a 2" space between installed sink and window/wall?

I want to replace my existing double bowl with the Kraus 32 inch 16 G single bowl. After cutting the granite to install, I will only have about 2 1/2" betw/ sink and window/wall. It is a tight spot! Is this faucet too large to sit on the small deck space?

Yes, you can rotate the valve lever to the front. This way the lever faces forward and is like a metronome, Hot to the left of center and cold to the right.

How thick can the countertop be for this faucet to still mount?

My countertop is 1 1/2" thick granite. Will this faucet mount to this thickness?
