Doesn't turn on The charger worked great for awhile. Then one day 1 bay shut down, then 2 and finally quit working all together. I have a lot of m12 Milwaukee tools which all have been trouble free. This is the only issue i have with their product. now i charge one battery at a time in their one bay charger. No problems with that one. Would i recommend it I would have to say yes because it worked great for a long time.

Say I wanted to keep all my spare batteries in the dock.

I saw someone mentioned that it cuts charging off from one battery to the next. When it's done charging the final battery, does it stop charging them completely as if they are sitting on the shelf or does it trickle charge and might over charge as well?
Posée par: Kevin
The M12 4-Port Sequential Charger charges batteries sequentially. When the first battery is fully charged, the next battery will begin charging. The ports charge batteries from left to right. Once all four batteries are charged, the charger will shut off until another battery is inserted. The Lithium-Ion technology does not allow any battery discharge overtime. This means that the batteries will retain full charge even when left on the charger over a long period of time. Lastly, this charger does not trickle charge, instead it will charge batteries until one is complete, and then begin charging the battery.

I mounted mine on a sheet rock wall. It’s still there, firmly attached. Don’t remember exactly what the back looks like but I assume it had those key ways to slid onto a screw.

Can you leave the batteries in all the time (maintains) or will it overcharge them and is not recommended to leave batteries in?

Posée par: Weekend Warrior
Hello, as a general practice, it is best to unplug battery chargers and remove batteries when not in use. However, if the charger and battery pack are left plugged in, no battery pack damage will occur.

If you could go back would you buy this or buy the newer "48-59-1807" rapid charge station that will charge up to 3 batteries at once?
Posée par: Sam
I have since bought the rapid charger, and honestly I get about the same use out of each of them. I use the 4 port sequential charger in my workshop, and I pack the rapid charger with me too the job sight. For someone like me who does as much work in the shop as I do in the field, it's really a toss up.

How many watts does this charger pull? It worked fine in my '15 F250 but the inverter goes to fault in '17 F250.

Posée par: Tim
the charger input is 120 volt AC 1.0 Amps. The output is 12 Volts DC 3.0 Amps. Your inverter should handle 120 volts AC ,1.0 Amps. The charger is designed to charge only a Milwaukee M12 battery. Other uses will void the warranty and may cause fire and resulting injury.
