Rated 4 de 5 de par Good multi-bit tool I install commercial Audio Visual systems. I hate going to the tool chest or down the ladder for a tool, but I also hate heavy tool belts. That's why I bought this. The bits are long and fit in my impact driver. The only think I don't like is the selection of bits it comes with. I never have use for square bits. I'd rather have some hex bits or bits with flat and Phillips tweeker ends in there. Not being an electrician, I've never used the wire looper, and the built-in stripper does not work for 16 AWG speaker wire like I was hoping I use this driver every day. I think it is well worth the money, much like every Milwaukee tool I've ever owned.

Rated 4 de 5 de par Standard multi-bit driver. Could be better. As expected, this Milwaukee product is of good quality. The main benefit is easily carrying the remaining bits with you (2 phillips, 2 flathead, and 3 square) simply in the handle. The bits are long and attach firmly into the handle both for storage and use. It's a little heavier than a typical screwdriver since you're carrying 7 long bits with you at all times but unlikely to cause any fatigue. I would have given 5 stars if there were a mechanism to withdraw a bit for use other than having to push the bit out with your finger. I don't know that I would use it for the wire stripper on the neck of the handle but it's there just in case. All in all it's a solid driver but wouldn't go out of my way to get it.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Game Changer My tool bag is looking pretty empty now, This has replaced so many stand alone tools and these bits are tough! Switching the bit is easy, The ratchet takes a lot of time and work off your back. AND!! All the bits are impact driver ready so its kinda like a bit holder as well. This is weight off my hip and every tool I need. Not a fan of the old school 11n1 multi tools. Too many little pieces and if you drop a bit from a tall ladder its a goner. These are nice and long with a silver that can be seen from a distance. Also no fumbling around flipping the bits over and over, you can see the one you want and you just slide it out.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Excellent time and wrist saving tool! I love Milwaukee's line of tools. Having a good selection of their power tools, I bought this as an impulse buy. I've had it for appx 3 weeks and I love it. PROs: 1) Easy to use. Reduces the chance of rounding the screw since you don't have to move hand, simply flip wrist. 2) Has a good assortment of tips and will accept basically any standard screw-driver tip 3) Seems very well made and durable like all the Milwaukee items I've owned. CONs: 1) Only con is that the bits are a bit tough to push out, as they're in narrow channels and stick pretty well. This is partly by design so they don't fall out, so while it's a minor annoyance, it doesn't detract from the item's value. Overall great purchase.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Great storage I bought this to downsize my junk drawer in the kitchen, I was tired of having 3-4 different screwdrivers always getting in the way. This ratcheting screwdriver goes in forward and reverse. It comes with all the most common sizes (PH#1,PH#2,SQ#1,SQ#2,SQ#3,FH-3/16" and FH-1/2") which all store in the handle. It also has a built in wire stripper and wire hook for electrical applications. With the long reach of the bits and the comfort of the grip, this screwdriver now has a permanent home in my kitchen junk drawer.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Smooth ratcheting action and comfortable feel I switched to the "red" products a few years ago and I've never looked back. They are top quality, reasonably priced and long lasting. This screwdriver is the first hand tool I've owned from Milwaukee. It is extremely versatile. By including the multiple driver bits, wire stripper and wire loop maker, this screwdriver can replace multiple tools in my tool bag. The ratcheting action is smooth. The bit storage is much more handy than other screwdrivers like this. You can slide the desired bit out and the "no longer needed" bit back in without needing to remove any storage caps. Also, the long bits provide excellent clearance and smooth sight lines to make sure you hit your target "screw" on the first try. Another great feature - The bits will work in any cordless power tool if necessay

Rated 3 de 5 de par Good to keep at home This driver includes nice lengthy bits, however the driver itself is short barreled and bulkey. The ratchet head on mine wobbles a bit which I cannot say is common for sure. I own Milwaukee brand tools, and this tool is definitely not as impressive as their FUEL series electric tools. I keep this at home for odd jobs. I would like to see a thinner model that's more ergonomic. A longer barrel, and double sided bits to minimize storage space needed. Perhaps a mini optional belt clasp similar to your drills would be functional for some tradesmen.

Rated 5 de 5 de par 2 for 1 I have numerous screwdrivers, but no Stubby Ratchetting. Saw this combo on Sale, but was apprehensive, because I have a Milwaukee 11-in-1 Non-Ratcheting, and the tips fall out all the time. So bad, I do not use it if I am working in an area, where if dropped, I can not find quickly (e.g. lawn). So far, these work great. The ratchet is tight and easy to change directions. If it lasts a few years, it will be worth it.

Bit Removal

Is there a "trick" to get the bits out of the handle easier?I have to pry mine out by using the current bit as wedge to push it out.I've had my driver for 4 months now and the "breaking in" period has taken longer than expected.I work in low voltage and use the driver 5 days a week.
Posée par: Han
you do have to pry them using another bit

How is the bit play? I have one now that goes deeper than usual which makes the bit rock solid with no play/wobbling. Wondering how this one is.

I’ve tried different bits including the two sided bits and impact bits and holders. There is no play in the bits I’ve tried. The chamber is precise and the magnet is strong.

I have lost a couple of bits and would love to replace them (as this IS a very useful tool). Is there anywhere that I can buy more bits? Specifically the Phillip's bits.
Posée par: Buckeyefan
No not by Milwaukee. Atleast not that will look exactly like what you got. Milwaukee does sell impact #1 and #2 bits that should fit no problem. Just keep in mind that these bits will be black oxides with a red collar that says Milwaukee on them.
