Rated 2 de 5 de par Problem with the Sprayer I am a contractor, and I have installed 40+ of this faucet this year so far, the problem we are having is that the bushing piece that the sprayer sits on breaks (4 so far.) Apparently, this bushing is secured to the faucet base by a flexible metal "O" ring. This "O" ring become loose which cause this bushing to separate from the base. See attached photos. The faucet is good quality, but this issue will cause us a problem and we might switch to another faucet, I still need 100+ more to finish my project.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Moen Model 7835 Faucet As a Retired Combat Veteran, buying my 2015 Airstream was a bucket list venture. However, damage to the kitchen faucet due to a freeze in Kansas was not fun. I had to work at finding the replacement Moen faucet but my efforts were not in vain. Same excellent quality and appearance that one would never know that it was not the original. Installation was straight forward and simple with unquestionable instructions. Works like a charm and I couldn’t be happier with the decision to stay with the Moen brand.

Rated 3 de 5 de par GOOD LOOKING/FUNCTIONAL ASSEMBLY but some issues HAVE/USING MOEN TAPS FOR OVER 43 YEARS - HOWEVER - OUR CAMERIST ASSEMBY IS GIVING US ISSUES -AFTER 12-14 YEARS OF USE -handle became too loose and tap was replaced by MOEN- BUT THE REPLACEMENT NOTHING LIKE THE "OLD" - water flow too slow/low both hot/cold and handle function not close to the original!! - GUESS YOU CANNOT EXPECT TOO MUCH ANYMORE!

Can this faucet and spray be mounted on a granite surface without the deck plate?

We have attached the link to the 7840ORB which can be installed in a two or four hole application.
