Rated 5 de 5 de par Excellent Faucet This faucet is very well made as well as very sturdy. I bought this as a replacement for our utility sink and it should last for years. Very easy to install, looks fantastic, and the handles move very smoothly. I would definitely recommend this faucet and it is well worth the price.

I read the other reviews and was still pleasantly surprised with the outstanding quality. This is not a low flow faucet with an aerator (see the only bad review); this faucet is strong enough to attach a hose.

Rated 1 de 5 de par Leaks after installation I just finished installing this faucet. Putting the spout on was a pain due to the limited room to turn your adjustable wrench. Once I got everything connected and turned on the faucet. I noticed water coming from the spout nut. I loosened up the spout nut and reinstalled it again. Only to have the same results. Leaking from the spout nut area when turned on. What can be done to stop the leaking from occurring? I can not tighten down the spout nut any more.

The water flow is excellent. I have had the less expensive ones in past. Those are manufactured cheaper with plastic parts and cheap metal or plastic. Those other less expensive ones may not have the solid water flow of this faucet. This one is heavy duty. And looks beautiful once installed. Has a hose connection on spout which I do use. My sink and faucet are located inside my heated garage. I use this faucet for everything including garden hose to wash the dog and to wash the car. I have a long hose for washing the car outside. If you want something that looks good, operates properly, and will last - then this is the only one to get. I use this faucet on a deep laundry or utility sink. Everything about this faucet shows quality. The less expensive ones may work but why skimp out for such an important faucet.

Needed TWO additional adapters for faucet. Who attaches a hose to a kitchen faucet? Or even a laundry faucet? Water comes out in VERY high volume with no filtration. After TWO trips to HD to get an adapter AND a filtration attachment, the faucet is sort of what I wanted. Still too much force and volume of water. Likely not allowed in CA.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Perfect match for a utitlity sink What a gem of a kitchen faucet ! It couldn't be more heavy-duty, with its heavily chromed appearance. The valves and spout move effortlessly, and with its garden hose spout tip...it's utility is increased by enabling it to be hooked up to a garden hose for outside use. I added an aerator to facilitate "in-house" use.

This is described as a "Kitchen" faucet in the description, but on other sites, including Moen's, this model is identified as a "Utility Sink" faucet. Can this faucet be safely used in the Kitchen? That is, does it contain low-lead brass? I notice it can't be sold in the state of California.

The Moen Commercial 2-Handle Low-Arc Faucet in Chrome could potentially be used in a kitchen, but has a garden hose threaded spout, which is normally used in a utility sink application. This faucet complies with California Proposition 65 and with the Federal Safe Water Drinking Act, and is third party certified to meet ASME A112.18.1/CSA B-125.1 and all applicable specifications referenced therein. On the Moen model #8277, the specifications say, "number of installation holes required: 1". Shouldn't that be 2 holes if it is a 4" centerset?

I assume it would be one hole for hot water, and one for cold.
