Rated 5 de 5 de par Excellent Product Alright, we had Home Depot install this for us. We had to special order this tile because they did not carry it in the store. It is thicker and had a much better quality pattern printed on it for the wood look. We installed this on a slab in our downstairs which was about 826 square feet. Home Depot gives you one bag of float included in your install. We ended up adding 13 more. The thing with this tile is the floor must be very flat just like you would have it if you were to install real hardwood. We went with the Light Smoke grout and we love how it looks!! Also, because there is very little waste they will over order your tile so you will have returns if they do the install. Our order had 86 boxes and we ended up with 14 left over at 10 tiles each box.

We did a 33% offset and 1/8" spacing as recommended, if you try a 50% offset you're guaranteed to have lippage. I WOULD NOT recommend the "Linen" grout, it's too light and doesn't blend naturally. We tried "Linen" on about 100 sq. ft. and ended up removing it, it also wouldn't come off of the tile without significant effort. Needless to say we were pretty stressed. We ended up removing that grout and doing the 1,000 sq. ft. job with "New Taupe" polyblend grout, which better mimics the dark lines you'd see on beveled-edge wood floors. Overall we're very happy.

Rated 5 de 5 de par botanica cashew 6x24 tile looks great Opened two tile boxes and spread them on the kitchen floor. The tiles are well packaged with plastic corner protectors and even spots of lightly adhesive cushion between each piece. There were a number of different patterns, and by arranging them and turning some end-for-end, the chance of more darkly patterned areas being together was eliminated. Did not have to open and spread the next three boxes, as the installer just followed the principles we had established. We asked for absolute minimum width grout lines with grout that is a little darker than the tile. The end result is very nice, installed with a 1/3 overlap. We had bought single tiles of both the two foot tiles, and the much longer ones. In our bathroom, the shorter tiles were much more attractive.

Rated 5 de 5 de par great product. I love the way this tile turned out. I lnstalled it in a herringbone pattern and it turned out great. Here are a few tips I learned. If you start the herringbone in a corner all of your cuts will be square so, very little waste. The floor must be very level or you will have edges quite often. The tile has what I called goo drops between the layers in the package, make sure you get rid of those or they will mess up your height, They are a pain to control because they have a thin string between them and want to jump back onto the tile. I used a shop vac to remove them from each case and it made it much easier. ( I had 32 cases ) When you grout make sure you clean the tiles very good within 10 to 20 minutes, this tile has a realistic wood grain and if you don't clean it the grout will dry in the grains and is a real pain to remove if allowed to set. Plan on taking a lot of time laying this tile. I installed 2400 square feet of 20 x 20 porcelan tile in the main part of my house and it took 4 days. I installed 320 square feet of the 6 x 24 cashew and it took me a week.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Has everyone FOOLED! We looked for MONTHS for a wood look tile. Some looked very fake, like the digital printer that made them was no properly aligned, or running out of ink. Yes there are GORGEOUS wood look tiles out there but they start at 9$/sq foot. And we had way too much ground to cover. This tile looks amazing. It is textured. And has a real wood look and feel to it. Everyone who comes to the house askes us about our floors. We get compliments on it all the time. It has warm finish to it, with some gray undertones. Can work with a traditional home but also has a modern feel to it like we were looking for. Highly recommend, our installer stated it cut real well. He's been laying tile for over 15 years. I know I read reviews that people had a hard time with installation. Experience has a lot to do with installing tile in my opinion. Not that my opinion counts for much because I don't install tile. We used a 1/16th grout line and it is 33% off set. Grout is also from Home Depot and matches beautifully!

Rated 5 de 5 de par truly beautiful tile unfortunately the tile wasn't available in any of the stores so i had to take the chance and order it on line but it turned out to be even better than i expected. low sheen, texture and shade variation truly gives a wood appearance. i haven't had them installed yet but i would definitely recommend them.

Rated 5 de 5 de par LOOKS FANTASTIC Looks great!!! Good price. The tiles were easy to install except they seem to chip with the slightist bump during installation. They also cut like butter (soft) compared to the other porcelin tile I installed in both my bathrooms and closets.

Is there a risk of the surface design being scratched off by the nails of pets? I noticed one of the samples in the store had a scratch on the corner which actually removed the &quot;wood&quot; color down to the white porcelain. I have an active Siberian Husky and am looking for something durable.

I have two large dogs (lab and German) and I have had no trouble. You are more likely to chip it yourself than the dogs.

We are planning on having Botanical Cashew installed in 3 bedrooms. I can't decide on grout color. Any recommendations on what would look good.

be sure that backer board is put down first. Use narrowest spacing possible, with grout a little darker than the tile so it looks more like pieces of wood. They use a different gout when it is applied in such narrow spaces.

You do need to grout but when you lay it use 1/16&quot; spacers so you have very fine grout lines. make sure you push it in well and clean the residue off within 10 to 30 minutes or the leftover grout will set up in the wood grains and be very difficult to remove.

I would use a quarter round tile to finish the look. Installed this tile as flooring and it is very square appearance. If square is what you are looking for then your fine. You could even diamond the edges.
