Rated 5 de 5 de par Works awesome Purchased last summer for my 3 seater seadoo. Decided on this kit due to the rollers being larger and putting less stress on the haul. The build was smooth and took an afternoon to complete. Transporting it to the water was tricky due to the weight. Very sturdy and stable, held the machine well. You will need something additional to secure it to the shore. I drove a couple rebar peices into the ground and then chained it to a near by tree. Chain was more to lock the seadoo to for added security.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Good unit Got this a month ago. It seems to be decent quality and design. Works great on my watercraft. All parts were there and I was impressed by their size and the galvanizing. It comes with 3 sets of rollers which works ok, but I'm going to purchase the 4th set as shown in the company phamflet . On a shorter unit such as as a watercraft, the 4th set of rollers will give better support so it doesn't fall down a bit between the wheel sets when winding it up the ramp. A longer boat may be fine with 3 sets of rollers however. The instructions leave a bit to be desired, relying on the pictures to fully see how its assembled instead of the instructions giving you all the information.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Very solid, well designed, works beautifully The end product does an amazing job of getting our 14 feet boat with outboard engine out of the water, and all things considered, is not that hard to put together. The instructions however are not detailed enough or well organized. I thought I'd share my experience for those of you considering this product. Before I begin, I should mention that the 4 hrs estimate to assemble and install is very optimistic, unless you are 2 very experienced people who work independently on assembling the boat ramp. I did take my time because I didn't want to make mistakes, and as I mention below the instructions were hard to follow, so spent a lot of time trying to figure out where exactly things had to go. I know a lot but am not a construction worker by trade, so for example my holes for the bolts were not quite well aligned and I had to fiddle to get the back plates to fit. That being said, my observations: 1) The instructions are divided into 3 pages, 1 for structure, 1 for hardware, and 1 for wheels installation - read carefully, because each of them list what's included in the kit for that page/ step, and what tools you need for that page/ step. I am used to instructions that list everything you need to buy and tools you need for the entire installation in one place, so this was confusing. 2) Wood they tell you to buy assumes that your cross members are going to be 21". I made mine 30" because our boat is flat so is more stable with a wider ramp. They do tell you to measure the ideal location of the wheels and adjust your cross members accordingly. But that meant I didn't have enough wood with what they had said to buy in the instructions, thankfully I had some pressure treated wood left over from another project. 3) Instructions say to buy wood screws, but they were included in my kit, so check everything you have in the kit before you buy anything. I ended up with too many screws even with just those provided. 4) I strongly recommend using a drill to screw everything, because there are a lot of screws to install. You also need a Phillips head screwdriver (or bit) not mentioned in the instructions because there are square and Phillips head screws. 5) There were 4 different size and length of screws provided, it would be nice if the instructions specified what is used where. 6) The flat washers for the installation of the winch were not included, again thankfully I had washers from another project - check everything in the kit before you begin! 7) It is not specified how to screw the winch post to the brace - from the front? the back? the sides? I ended up doing it from the front i.e. the winch side, and added some screws on the sides. 8) The wheel diagram doesn't show that the wheels do come with the bolts to assemble. 9) One of the wheels axle was to thick to fit in the base, I ended up having to file it to make it fit. The base of the same wheel set was bent so would not fit on top of the wood, I straightened it with a wrench and a hammer. 10) They call it the post brace strengthener in the list of wood pieces needed, but the support blocks (I think!) in the diagram. They are 6" long, but the cross member is 5 1/2" (2x6) so wasn't clear how exactly to install it. Mine sticks out a bit but not an issue, it's just that in the photo they are flat to the top of the cross members and I just couldn't figure out how to make that happen. Instructions would be better with a blow up of where this goes and how. 11) Instructions don't say what screws to use for the bumper. It also says that the cross member where the bumper goes "could" be doubled, but if you don't double it you can't screw the bumper properly. Finally, I want to mention that assembled, the boat ramp weighs over 300 lbs - the kit alone weighs 120 lbs. So I would recommend to do the assembly close to where the boat ramp is going to be installed. I am a 59 year old woman, my son helped me put the boat ramp in the water, he was holding the end, I put the winch end on a dolly and rolled it while he carried the other end in the water. But I will say it again, it was fun to put together, it works very well and I am very happy with the result!

Rated 5 de 5 de par Awesome boat and seadoo lift. This product is very well made and of good sturdy material. Easy to build and very functional. Portable and easy to adjust.

Rated 4 de 5 de par Ramp Kit for small watercraft The ramp kit came complete with everything needed for assembly except for the lumber which was clearly noted on the product description when ordering. The only shortcoming was with the assembly instructions which were incomplete and at times confusing. I built the ramp kit to accommodate my 16’ Lund fishing boat (approximately 1750 lbs ) and the instructions gave no details on the required spacing of the main beams, no details on the placement of the rollers on the main beams nor any specs on the required width of the roller bar. That information would have made the assembly a much more pleasant task. Having sad that, the end result does exactly what I wanted it to do, safely store my boat out of the water on the shore. With the included winch, it’s easy to put the boat on the ramp kit and it’s just as easy to launch the boat.

Rated 4 de 5 de par For PWC you need more wheels Picture is deceiving as it does not show the whole ramp. I was under the impression it came with 4 sets of wheels and it only came with 3. I hade to purchase 2 more wheels.

Comes with all bolts and nuts. Makes putting the boat in and out much easier. Now anyone can get the boat in and out. Well worth the expense

I have a Lund ProV 19 which is 19'7" long and weighs about 2,000 lbs. 1) Will this work for my boat and 2) Does the wood come with the kit? 3) If not what should I order?

Posée par: WhiteLake181
I have a 14’ boat much shorter and lighter than yours. Total weight 500 lbs. works great! But I don’t think the weight or length will be a problem. Just buy longer lumber. You must provide your own lumber, use treated 2 x 6. All hardware is provided, it’s galvanized, good stuff.

I just bought the product and assembled. I'm happy with the end product. Before I dock the boat on the ramp, is there anything you would recommend to secure the ramp to the land? Should I place heavy cinder blocks or tie the ramp to a tree?

Posée par: Average Joe
If you are going to run your boat onto the ramp to a bumper stop, make sure the ramp has a front stop or you will move the ramp up the bank. Otherwise secure the ramp with a screw in anchor like you would use for tying out your dog. Make sure that there are no ropes or chains strung along the grass to cause a tripping hazard .

I would need this to have two sections to get my seadoo out of the water and up the shore far enough to keep Georgian Bay away. Is it possible to add an additional 10 ft piece at the front with additional rollers?

Thank you for the question.

Are the boards for this ramp pre-drilled?

Posée par: Debbie
Hi Debbie, as stated in the overview and in the bullet list, the lumber is not included in this kit. You have everything to assemble the parts, even the screws but not the wood. If you want to have a look at the required lumber list, I invite you to visit our website www.multinautic.com under "support" tab. Hope this will help.

Posée par: Daniel

I have a PWC weighs about 800lbs. How much of an angle can you put this ramp on?

Posée par: lisa
Hello Lisa, the only issue about this system will be the weight of the boat to be hauled with the winch. A maximum of 20, 25 degree of angle would be OK with a PWC of about 800 lbs. With heavier boats it should be a little less angled; 15 degrees would be more recommended.
