Rated 1 de 5 de par Pfister Combo Shower Head/s 016-HH13X Got the combo Slide Bar Hand Shower 016-HH-13X - the suction cup for the lower arm ( the slide bar) dose not work - terrible design and not functional. Try ALL possible way to make suction cup work - only holds for few min . Try to look at the Pfister site for the product details - no luck - there is no info about this product under listed product #. The only thing that would hold the lower arm ( suction cup) will be a caulking, or some kind of bracket - tho, there is no indication that Pfister provides or supports alternate method to attached the lower bracket arm to the surface. Dysfunctional product.

Rated 1 de 5 de par Water pressure very very low on these. The water pressure on this product is terrible compared to the previously installed one that it replaced. We ended up installing the old shower heads and hand held wands onto the frame to get a bit of pressure back, and even then it is still much reduced. We just wanted to have the selector switch in a more reachable position than before, and we’re pretty disappointed.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Holding up nicely! I bought this item about 2 years ago, probably a bit longer than that. So far it works very well. It took me some doing to set it up, as the arm coming from the wall was not long enough to work with the shower head pieces. I ended up just rigging up an extra 2 inches of pipe to extend far enough to make it work. When my sister who does renovations for a living saw it, she said to me; "That's not how you do it!" But that's how I did it and it works for the purpose. Some day I'll take that bit apart again and insert the trim piece that came in the package. Missed that bit at the time. Now for the item itself, WONDERFUL!!! I love that the head comes down from the wall and not up, as do so many aftermarket handheld shower heads. I love that there is an arm along which the handheld part can slide up or down so easily. This is a great feature. And I love that we were able to just easily attach the rig to the shower wall without drilling holes or anything. As for the little bobble that holds the bottom bit to the shower wall with suction, it took me a while to figure that out. It was probably a good 9 months to a year of having to reattach it every so often before I realized how it actually clicked when done right. Since I realized how it actually is designed to attach, it has only detached once or maybe twice. I love that we can switch from the shower head to the handheld or both with the turn of a simple knob. It's holding up very well considering the price. It greatly enhances the shower experience, I find. It's still nice and shiny and everything works as intended. I plan on buying one for my SIL for her upcoming birthday, as she is a very short person and they have an aftermarket hand held shower head that goes up from the pipe that come out of the wall. She's so short, she can't even reach it. I think she'll love this. The one thing I think is a bit awkward at times, is that the handheld part is a bit heavy and if I leave it tilting forward too much, it will just fall forward and off its cradle. I have to be careful about that.

Rated 1 de 5 de par Wish I read the reviews... Clearly, all users who's reviews are less than 3 stars all point to the less than efficient suction cut that DOES NOT work. I'm "tool" when it comes to installing anything - specially plumbing. This shower head looks good, the settings are snug, the whole system is elegant. But the suction cut...well it does not suck, at all. I cleaned my tile with CLR, Paint thinner to make sure I had the cleanest and driest surface, the suction comes undone in seconds. Removing the part where the suction cup is does not even display any movement of the cup itself when either turned clockwise or counter as the instructions mention. Using the sof or had disk will not work either. Both stick perfectly well to the wall but no luck maintaining any suction. I went a knotch above and used a generous amount of PL PREMIUM which I maintained in place for over 15 hours with a wedged 1x3. It came undone. (See picture). My last resort tonight will be Gorilla Glue and ifdoes not work I'll createmy own bracket that will cover this one but will be screwed into the ceramic. I should have have to come up wit McGiver plans or Homes on Holmes to install a shower head. I apologize but I do not recommend this product. Pfister has had horrible reviews on the product for years yet the cup keeps, well, NOT sucking. This should have been a wake up call on the technical design team long ago.

Rated 1 de 5 de par Suction cup installation does not work I wish I read these reviews prior to buying this item in store. Was so excited as it looks great and was exactly what I was looking for with the drill-less installation. No where on the packaging does it actually show what the "uneven" surface installation looks like, which requires fixing a very ugly white adhesive circle to the wall that ruins the nice look of the fixture. Not to mention it doesn't work and the suction cup detaches all the time. Now I'm also having trouble getting the adhesive sticker off of the tile. The packaging was hugely misleading as this "uneven" installation was not pictured or described anywhere on the outside of the box with the white circle, or I would not have bought it. Of course now it's installed and cannot return. At this point I would rather have drilled it in that have the white sticker, but there is no drill in option for this. Definitely recommend choosing another product and just drilling into the tile for this look since this method does not work at all.

Rated 3 de 5 de par Love/Hate We bought this a couple years ago and it was perfect for our needs. Specifically we wanted a hand held shower head positioned at a lower-than-normal height for our child to use. We also wanted an easy installation. This was one of the few (in store) options that served both purposes but we quickly realized a couple major drawbacks. First, the suction cup that is to keep it stable doesn't work well (and sometimes not at all). Also, it leaks badly from the top. We've tried adjusting it, replacing the washer, and reinstalling it but the leak persists. We've kept using it because of the lower head for our child but are actively seeking a similarly designed alternative.

Rated 1 de 5 de par Absolute Garbage was leaking as soon as I installed it. the rubber suction cup doesn't suck! just a garbage product.

Rated 1 de 5 de par Suction pad base sucks! The adhesive pad they supply you to create a flat surface for the suction pad does not last past a year.

Are these the compatible shower roughin valve details for Home Depot Canada? 0X8-310A and 0X8-340A. I have a client building a new home and is about to order a few of these shower faucet units. Do they have to order rough ins in store or online? Thanks

Posée par: Four Storey Design
Pfister rough-in valve models #0X8-310A and 0X8-340A are compatible with model # 016HH13C. However, to operate the rough-in valve, a handle and handle trim is needed for the rough-in valve. A handle trim like Pfister model # R89-1SRC; below is the link to this trim for further details. Yes, these items can be ordered online if available or through special order if not available online. https://www.homedepot.ca/en/home/p.serrano-1-handle-valve-only-trim-in-polished-chrome.1000651671.html

For me this is a replacement - are the fittings metal or plastic (I mean the part that actually attaches to the shower arm itself).

Posée par: Dclark
The nut that threads the diverter directly onto the showerarm is a brass substrate for the Pfister model #016HH13C product.

WE just purchased this shower unit. There was no rough in so is there a matching roughin for this unit?
