Il se fixe également sur tout plan de travail à laide de 2 vis courantes. Sa rotule blocable permet de le faire pivoter et de lorienter dans toutes directions (même vers le bas). Mâchoires de 75 mm avec revêtement protecteur pour pièces fragiles. Ouverture 70 mm. Poids 1,6 kg.

Rated 5 de 5 de par A vise with no vices This is very high quality and well designed. I like that it's made in Taiwan rather than China, to standards set by the parent company in Germany. The design is simple and it holds items very solidly. The ball on mine was a bit loose where it joined its shaft, but when the bottom clamp is completely loosened and removed, the ball can be lifted out, exposing the screw that holds it for a quick tightening. Other than that, no issues. Even the color scheme is pleasantly retro, like something from the '60s. The removable rubber pads on the jaws are a nice touch. So is the packaging -- it comes in a box printed in German. I could just about hear an oompah band playing while opening it.

Rated 5 de 5 de par GREAT TOOL This small vise is one of the best tools I have ever purchased. I do a lot of work on the weapons I have and friends will bring by their weapons for me to work on. I use too put everything in a 5in vise and would have to wrap things so not to damage them. This vise comes with rubber clamp shoes that work great. I can clamp down on items and don't have to worry about damage.

I have used it to hold hard steel 4.0 mm thick parts for drilling and tapping 1/2-20 threaded holes. Worked very well for me... Thank you!

I needed something that I could easily secure a bolt gun or AR platform to level and mount scopes too. This is strong and sturdy enough to mount in or use with a mag block to mount optics perfectly.

Hi there! Does the bottom mechanism that clamps the vise to the table come off if you decide to use the screw holes to mount to a table?

The vice comes with a removable c-clamp that allows you to clamp it to a table or workbench. If you want to bolt the vice down just remove the c-clamp and use the 2 holes on the side of the base to bolt it down.

the underside of the green base ... (the portion that will be in contact with your table) ... is 4" X 4" ... and the clamp which holds it to the table can be opened 2 and 5/8"
