Rated 5 de 5 de par Muted colored pattern on light gray background, Soft under foot, Needs anti-slip rug backing [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Monaco Gray/Light Blue area rug is soft under foot and easy to transport. I didn't have any issues with cleaning the rug either - vacuuming, spot washing, and deep cleaning. The color palette is much more muted than I thought it would be according to the pictures on the website. I usually opt for more vibrant colors to bring warmth to the space, but I have grown to like the muted pattern reflected on the rug. Lastly, this rug will require some type of anti-slip backing; so far using silicone on the outer edges underneath the rug have proven to be effective as an anti-slip backing.

On the other hand, if you're anything like me and your favorite color is navy blue – don't do it. It's much closer to cobalt/light turquoise than navy/light blue. The trim is 100% light blue, not the navy color that's shown in the photos. I know the disclaimer reads that some colors may vary a little from on-screen to in-person, but navy blue to light blue though? Maybe the photo shows an older version of this one? I just needed an updated stock photo. Signed, Still keeping the rug P.S. Bring back the navy trim :)

This rug is absolutely beautiful. I bought the forrest green and it is several shades of emerald and forrest green, pumpkin orange, rust, blue, cream and black. I have a lot of neutral in my room and wanted a rug that would add a pop of color but work with fall and Christmas decor. The rug is soft, fairly thin and easy to vacuum. It took about 3 days for it to totally flatten out. My only concern is some fraying at the corners. I am very happy with this purchase, especially the price.

Rated 4 de 5 de par Beautiful, unique "erased-weave" look [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Safavieh Monaco Gray/Light Blue 4 ft. x 5 ft. 7 in. area rug arrived rolled up tight in a single plastic bag with a total shipping weight of 11 pounds. We like the look of this rug and we recommend it. If you are interested in more details please read on. What we liked most about this rug; 1. What we like most about this rug is the way it looks. It has a beautiful formal Persian design and an “erased-weave look”, a mix of high and low pile. This and the unique colors used give this rug a very beautiful look that blended with our vintage bedroom furnishings. 2. This power loomed rug is made in Turkey of 100% polypropylene. Polypropylene is a synthetic fiber that is known for being easy to clean. The rug shows some memory. Since it is so light it required some working with, tight back rolls and time to get it to lay flat with the floor. The tag advises to use a pad. 3. The unique design of the rug adds a note of interest. The rug is attractive and has a soft feel to it. It arrived free of offensive odor. 4. The edges have a nice machine finish with no loose yarn. We have provided several photos and a very short demo video for the prospective buyer. We hope they help.

The pics shown here were a bit misleading...one pic shows a light blue edge binding and the others show darker binding so I really wasn't sure what I was going to get. It was the light blue which was the one I didn't want. Plus the whole thing looks darker online than what I actually received. It was packaged well for shipping. It had the "new rug" smell which I'm sure would've gone away pretty quickly as it wasn't very strong. I ended up returning it partially because I didn't like the binding color and my laminate floor pattern and the rug were just too busy together. Definitely needs rug anchors to keep in place, and it is very thin.

I was worried about how it would feel and stopped by a local store to see if it was on display. Saleperson said it was only available online, but I could order it and ship it to the store. If I didn't like it at at pickup, I could return it. Well, with free shipping to home being offered and the rug being on sale, I had it shipped to the house. It was so much better in person! I feel the picture online does not due it justice. The picture in the ad was what caught my eye in the first place. Advertising worked in this case! LOL The 9 x 10 rug is in the family room, and fits in well with its blues and pop of fuchsia pink.

The pictures show light blue on the edges and video showed dark blue so I knew it could be either color. The colors are VIBRANT although it looks faded in the ads. It is the perfect color scheme. Happy customer and it came a day earlier than anticipated

I would say this is true, the outer edge is a light blue but there is a good amount of navy throughout the rug. We got the 8x10 navy/light blue rug!

I purchased this area rug for a high traffic area. It has been a year and it's excellent. It spot cleans very well. I use woolite carpet foam cleaner purchased at a grocery store. Color is still bright and has shown no wear as of yet. I will buy this carpet again for other areas.
