Rated 1 de 5 de par Product defect i received product with internal damage which may for manufacture defect or samsung technician said damage due to deliver by xpo team . dishwasher not working ..now warranty team not ready to fix and also they are not ready to replace as i cross 15-30 days period . no body taking responsible . new product not able to run and siting idle . calling support team and spend more than 2-3 hr . really bad experience . one executive promise to replace but after 2 days when i called for status then another executive told no they cant replace or repair . now not even 2 month ..i never run the dishwasher . so please avoid it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this dishwasher came with the house and was only 6 months old when we moved in. its very quiet, which is great, but thats the only good thing in my experience. it never seems to dry dishes well. the capicitive touch control buttons are too easily activated, very easy to accidentally start the dishwasher. it started leaking 4 months after we moved in. had it serviced under warranty. now has a drain problem and warranty is expired. if i cant get it fixed, i’ll be replacing it with something other than a samsung dishwasher.

Rated 1 de 5 de par Incredibly Disappointing I just recently installed this as part of a kitchen renovation. I was SO excited..but have been SO let down. 1. There is no rinse only cycle. 2. If it is stopped mid-cycle (say, by a child's wandering hand) there is no restarting it where it left off. 3. It is super sensitive. I have started it, stopped it, and turned it on just by brushing it as I walked by or leaned over it. 4. The heated dry cycle is useless. 5. It just doesn't clean as well as my old one. I would return this if I could. That should-be-amazing third rack that was so enticing is just not worth it.

Rated 1 de 5 de par Worst dishwasher ever This is the worst dishwasher ever! We have had it for a little over a year and had to have it serviced 6 times! The first time being only after 2 months of having it! Of course it continued to break after warranty and we were not able to get it repaired without paying anymore, and we weren’t able to return it either. The whole point of having a dishwasher is to make doing dishes easier and this is the exact opposite! PLEASE do yourself a favor and get a different one, and stay away from SAMSUNG all together. We are currently trying to buy a new one after just a year! They should definitely last longer than that!

Rated 1 de 5 de par Worst Service Ever bought in may 2019, even spent the extra 120 bucks for the extended warranty samsung care. the dishwasher broke down in dec 2020 - after getting the runaround & spending countless hours on the phone they finally send my case to assurant. tech finally comes out on jan 8. over a month after i started this process. i get an email on jan 12th saying that its not cost-effective to repair & theyll send me a check for the original cost in 7 to 10 business days. my entire kitchen is samsung - every appliance i have is samsung. every tv i have is samsung. i have been a samsung cost for close to 15 years.i doubt ill ever buy something from samsung again. worst service ever! better off going to bestbuy - their warranty is half the cost for twice the lenth and 1000x better service.

I thought it had stainless steel interior (obviously I slightly misread the title), so I was less than happy to find out it didn't. That's not the dishwasher's fault though. I've had it for three weeks now, and have never had any smell issues. My biggest issue is that the buttons press when my waist touches the dishwasher. Which is every time I'm using the counter. I've stopped the dishwasher mid-run by brushing up against it. I've turned it on by brushing into it more times than I can count. It's very irritating. Otherwise it's great. Cleans well and it's super quiet.

Rated 1 de 5 de par Not a good purchase Extremely disappointed in this purchase! All of my kitchen appliances are Samsung and are great EXCEPT this dishwasher. 1. Touch buttons on outside....people lean against counter and touch dishwasher and start it or stop the cycle! 2. Doesn’t heat dry the dishes!!!! They are coming out soaking wet and need to by towel dried before putting them away! 3. No rinse only cycle 4. Utensil basket has such big gaps that utensils are contently getting stuck between. Causing the rack to not be able to push in! 5. Top rack is great idea but only thin utensils fit and the top of the utensil doesn’t clean well. 6. Finally and probably most annoying... dishes are always left with a soapy taste. I’ve changed soaps to see if it was the soap or the dishwasher and it’s always the dishwasher!!!! KEEP SHOPPING! This is not worth the purchase!

The versatility of the triple tier rack can be configured to your cleaning needs. From big to small pots and everything in between. The front access panel is a great. Choosing your setting is much easier and convenient. Just close the door, select your function and washing cycles and let it do it thing. It has some bells and whistle and that digital leak senor can prevent a big mess from happening. Also, it is so quiet when it running that you won’t know that it washing. Overall if you are looking for an upgrade this dishwasher could be for you. You can compare with other products but in my opinion, you get more bang for your buck.

No. The power cord is extra cost. I used the power cord from my original dishwasher. Take a picture of the original connection before disconnecting the cord. Refer to the picture when making the connection to the new unit.

I am not sure. I have the plastic interior model. The plastic model is not worth the money. Within a month of normal use, the dish washer exterior housing that the plastic adjustable leg fits into stripped. As a result, the unit height cannot be adjusted. The interior plastic dispenser door sticks in the closed position. As a result, the dish washing soap does not come out of the tray during the wash cycle
