Rated 5 de 5 de par Looks good, works even better [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cooktop replaced an older 4 burner gas cooktop that we had. The old cooktop basically had one setting, the high wasn't much stronger or hotter than the lowest setting. Boiling water and cooking anything took forever. Now we have 5 burners and the high allows water to boil so quickly and we have low settings that we can use without burning food! I love the griddle that you can put on top, it works very well for pancakes and quesadillas. It also has wifi capability but I have yet to set that part up. Not sure how I would use it for a cooktop. It is a beautiful black stainless steel, which now matches our fridge, dishwasher and oven! The controls light up blue when they are in use, which looks really good also!

Black and stainless steel are the dominant materials and colors in our kitchen. We like the black stainless steel because it keeps the stainless look while also being easy to clean. This cooktop is by far the best-looking cooktop we've found, it was easy to install, works great and is well-designed. There is plenty heat coming from the burners and they heat evenly. There's plenty of room across the cooktop to cook five different things at once. The blue lit knobs are cool. I'm not sure how much I'll use the web feature but I can see how it might be useful to know if you left the stove on. I wish the mobile app didn't want access to everything on my phone and my location. I may uninstall it for privacy reasons. I wish it would have been less expensive.

Rated 1 de 5 de par worst product so we had been using GE cooktop that came with the house that we bought. There were no apparent issues but dont know why I decided to upgrade the cooktop and made mistake to buy this garbage. it's been 2.5 years since I got this lousy cooktop. Just in this time I had to replace the valve of one of my burners, one of the two auto ignites of the power burner got broken for now reason. I had to replace the knob that got broken too and that costed me $150. can you believe that? and just today I found another knob sleeve broken. it's all low quality material and they have deliberately made these from low quality material so people keep coming back to them to buy the parts at exhorbent price. I am now moving back to GE and throw this Korean garbage out the door.

Rated 3 de 5 de par No flame sensor and aluminum griddle It is a bit concerning this modern and expensive cooktop does not use flame sensors. If the burner fails to light (because you turn it too quickly past "light" for example) or if it goes out for any reason while you are cooking, it will just continue to pump natural gas into your house until you eventually smell it and turn it off or it goes BOOM. I would have thought a flame sensor was mandatory. The 15 year old Whirlpool cooktop this replaced had flame sensors and would auto relight if the flame ever went out. The Home Depot listing said it comes with a cast iron griddle, but it came with a cheaper aluminum griddle instead. This was very disappointing.

I love how heavy the grates are - and how they take up the entire stove top so I can put something larger on it and I don't have to worry about it falling off. The griddle is amazing - I have used it for making tortillas and grilled cheese sandwiches. The burners come on instantly and have consistent heating. One word of advice - the cut out for this stovetop is more rectangular than some older cook tops that were more rounded . But overall, this is a great stovetop and a wonderful upgrade from my previous stovetop.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Nice I did a lot of research before I brought this cooktop. I have always been satisfied with Samsung products. I like that the dials glow blue for the burners that are on. One thing disappointed me- the 3 cast iron grates do not match (see image). One is much darker and rougher. Wiping it off is difficult because it grabs the towel/wipe fibers and leaves them on the grid so it doesn't look clean. The high settings are awesome but simmer is not low enough. It has to be tended more than my old, inexpensive stovetop it replaced. That is frustrating.

Rated 5 de 5 de par High quality, consistent cook top [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this cook top (model NA30N6555TG/AA) for approximately 1.5 weeks and have cooked on it basically every day, multiple times a day. It is very sleek and modern looking as well as practical and easy to use. Pros: The blue light surrounding the knobs are a very vibrant, pretty color, which makes it very clear to see which burners are on and which are off while you are in the kitchen... this is typically very difficult to see if you have large pans on top of each burner without any type of lighting, or if the burner is on low and the flame is difficult to see. I also like that it hooks up to my Samsung Galaxy 10 mobile phone with the free SmartThings app. If I am sitting down with a group of friends for a meal, I can jump on the app very quickly and the app can tell me which burners are left on and which are off. This way, I do not have to excuse myself from the activities or discussion. I have had no disconnect issues and set up was extremely easy, also made easier with a quick guide sent along with the product itself. The cook top came with 3 large and heavy cast iron grates that are also very nice looking. The weight of the grates make it very difficult to be moved accidentally when shuffling pans across the cook top. I have been able to heat tortillas on the grates themselves without issue and the grates have overall been easy to clean. The cook top is a 5 burner cook top, with the powerful center burner which easily and quickly allows me to boil water and heat up food very quickly! There is enough space to comfortably cook food on all 4 corner burners without pans hitting or being off centered from the burner. Con: No warm setting - on my previous cook top, i had a high, medium, and low setting however, i was able to turn it down under low, and it kept my food warm without further cooking. On this cook top, your lowest setting is low, which still cooks the food. The Smart Connect LED indicator is right next to the knobs and is the same blue color as the pretty blue lights on each knob. I catch myself constantly looking over to make sure it is the indicator and not an actual burner on. I believe the indicator light would be better placed in the back of unit. Overall, I am very pleased with this cook top and have had lots of fun cooking with and experimenting with this product. It's sleek, modern design will capture the eye of all that walk through your kitchen and the ease and consistency of use will attract those who love cooking
