Rated 5 de 5 de par We like it! We just received 2 of the 30 inch wide, 2 drawer lateral file cabinets. Installation was very easy. We just opened the box and slid them into place. Quality is excellent and function is very good. Based on this purchase, we will most likely buy another, larger set.

Rated 2 de 5 de par We purchased this product a few months ago because of its styling, color, and pricing. Our first ... We purchased this product a few months ago because of its styling, color, and pricing. Our first order was lost by the carrier and we had to place another order which we received about a month ago. The color is great for our office theme, and the size is perfect for where we've put it. However, at least two of our cabinets aren't fully functional. Two of the cabinets specifically have opening/closure issues that prevent the cabinets from being functional. One appears to be misaligned and the bottom drawer does not close all the way - preventing being able to open the top drawer. The other cabinet seems to be locked, but it isn't. You would probably have to pull extremely hard to get the cabinet open - more strength than it should take to easily open a file cabinet drawer. We are currently working with the manufacturer to get a resolution since they are under warranty, but the lead time for replacement is several weeks and they're requiring additional information to simply get a technician out to take a look and repair the cabinets. They're an okay purchase if you only need a low cost basic filing cabinet and don't mind fidgeting to make it work occasionally. I'm hoping the pictures and videos will help the manufacturer initiate the claim and send a technician to repair them.

Rated 3 de 5 de par Fileing cabinet There were no instructions on the carton about turning over. We did that in order to remove. Now the draw is off the track. We did call them and they said it got flipped in shipping or at the warehouse and they would send a new one. We called back and said we did flip it and cancel sending the new one.

Now after a few weeks for some reason the bottom drawer does not want to shut completely either. Drawers make a screech sound too. It is heavy so not easy to put it back in the box, back in car and exchange.
