The problem was that the foot extension wasn't supportive. When sitting, partially reclined, the foot rest started to sag with any movement. And, the reclining motion was so lose and easy right out of the box, that we imagined it would only get worse as it wore in. We bought two of them, so we unboxed the 2nd one (hoping it was a defect in the first one), but it was the same. So disappointed!
