While the installation took a little planning to ensure all went well, the warmer was installed and ready to go in 3 hours. It warms quickly, keeps the towels warm and dry, and the included timer is easy to program for your daily routine. The only issue I could see with this product was that the standoff legs were polished steel while the rest of the product was in brushed stainless. Not too noticeable and not worth sending it back. Would highly recommend this product. Well worth the $$...

Rated 4 de 5 de par The Wife is Happy! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife has been dying to get her hands on a towel warmer and this product has definitely filled that void. What an absolutely luxury to be able to get your hands on a warmed towel after a shower or when you get out of the jacuzzi. We are now considering getting a second for other areas of the house. The product works very well and fairly quickly for us! Happy wife happy life!

Rated 5 de 5 de par Great addition to master bathroom! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is no doubt a luxury item, but one my wife could not live without. She LOVES stepping out of a hot bath or shower, and into a heated towel afterwards. The installation was pretty straight forward, mounting took just a few minutes. I ran the electrical connection over to a junction box that luckily I was able to tie into fairly easily. I like that there is a timer because you can turn it on, and it will warm up your towels, and turn off automatically afterwards. That way if you're in a hurry you don't have to worry about shutting it off, which is always good with any appliance that uses a heater.

Rated 2 de 5 de par I wish I knew...... Would not have purchased if I had known that you are to preheat your towels for 3 hours! That is what is suggested in the information guide. The Honeywell programable timer was bad as well. The store doesn't carry Honeywell timers so it was a hassel trying to get another timer at the store to finish my installation.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Quality Product with a whole bunch of class ! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After installing a toe kick heater from Home Depot last year, and now this heated towel bar in our Master Bath, my wife never wants to leave the bath. Initial Impressions: When this towel bar arrived, I was surprised at the care this item was packed. Absolutely no damage. I was also surprised with the size, quality, and overall appearance of this heated towel bar. The size / diameter of each heated bar is larger than I imagined from the pictures. This is a good thing though, as it provides a greater surface for heating the towels. All the areas where the various pieces join together, fit extremely well, with no play, or slop. Very good attention to detail is evident. Installation: We pretty much knew the location of where the wife wanted the heated towel bar mounted, and that location was about 24" from an electrical receptacle I could tap into. From reading all the reviews and included documentation, I already knew going into the installation that I was only going to hit a wall stud on one side only. Seeing as how the towel warmer's electrical connections would be made on the bottom of the right hand side, I elected to hit my stud on the left side of the towel warmer. This allowed me to install the single gang new-work boxes on the right hand side without any studs getting in the way of installing the boxes. I really didn't run into any issues throughout the installation. I did my electrical chasing first from an existing double gang receptacle box, pig tailed to the location I would mount the timer, and from the timer to the towel warmer. I mounted the timer in a single gang new-work box, as I didn't see the necessity for a timer to be in a box mounted to a stud. Besides, as other reviews indicated, you're really unable to mount the timer against a wall stud in a pre-existing construction, unless you want to hack away a large chunk of wallboard. I've not had any issues with a properly installed new-work box not functioning for the intended purpose. The only time consuming part I had was running the cable through a wall stud. Fortunately, I had a somewhat long drill bit which enabled me to drill my chase through the stud. The included documentation is very well written, and as such, should provide a good degree of confidence to most anyone looking at installing this towel warmer. For the actual physical mounting of the towel bar, I elected to follow the steps in the documentation and construct a template to mount the towel warmer. I used a cardboard side of a large box I had, and laid out the towel warmer and it's mounts together on the cardboard, than marked the mounting holes. I then ran a level pencil line horizontally connecting the two top mounting holes. That way, once I positioned the cardboard template on the wall, all I needed to do was position a level alongside the line I drew, level that, and mark my mounting holes on the wall. Following that, the installation was for the most part, stress free. Operation: I love the fact that I can program the towel warmer to start prior to a bath or shower, run for a set amount of time, than shut off. I also really enjoy the additional feature to manually start, and stop the towel warmer when a off-schedule bath or shower is taken. Initial warming takes about 10-15 minutes, and never has gotten too hot to touch, yet the towels are comfortably warm. Conclusion: Overall, I am very pleased with this towel warmer, especially the timer. A lot of towel warmers do not include a timing ability, and having one included really makes a big difference in overall comfort. The construction quality is noticeably attractive, as the attention to detail is evident. Couple this with a 5 year warranty, and I don't see how one could find a better product. Very nice product which most importantly is Wife approved!

Rated 5 de 5 de par Easy Setup - Very cool [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OVERALL: Looks great. Setup is straightforward. Comes with great timer switch. Keep consistent temperature, should be safe for kids. Temperature consistent across bars, should dry evenly. SHAPE: The Riviera is a very pleasant shape, but it does require about 6 1/2" of clearance at the apex of it's curve. Can be a bit of an issue with a bathroom door, so check your measurements. LOOK: Very good design. The metal installation pieces fit tightly together, almost seamless. The wall plate and switch look very good, not beautiful, but functional and don't distract from looks TEMPERATURE: Temperature was warm to touch, well under the 140 max they say it can reach. That's good for safety, but I am still installing it out of reach of little kids.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Once you have a towel warmer, you won't go back! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautifully finished rack that looks great in our master bath. We've had towel warmers in the past but this one puts out considerably more heat that anything we've used before. I've had the warmer going for about 2 hours now and the towel hanging on it is toasty warm. We're looking forward to having a warm towel to dry off with on those cold North Dakota mornings. The mounting of the system and the basic wiring required to do the job are fairly straight forward. The installation instructions are well written and the average DIYer should have no trouble with it at all. If you are uncomfortable doing the wiring, an electrician can knock it out very quickly. The warmer comes with a very nice 7-program timer that controls the system. Both the warmer and the timer must be directly wired in. I didn't have a power source where we wanted to mount the towel bar so the bulk of the time I spent installing the system was fishing wire and repairing drywall that I had to cut into to get to a power source. If I factor that out, I estimate the total time to actually install and wire in the system was about an hour. Take the time to lay out a mounting template since you have to be pretty spot on with not only the four mounting posts but also the chrome conduit that houses the wiring as well. The conduit must land exactly in the middle of the electrical box. It sounds harder than it is. Take your time and you'll be fine. One last thing - while the timer acts as a switch, there is also an on/off switch on the towel bar itself. It is located on the bottom of the left vertical rail. I scratched my head for a good 15 minutes and thought I had something set up wrong on the timer before my wife came in the room and found the on/off switch.
