Rated 1 de 5 de par Poor Unit failed the second time I used it. Temperature would swing from 177 to 195 degree F with the alram constantly goining off. I replaced the batteries and moved the receiver around to see if was interference or something. Nothing worked.I had to rush to the grocery store and get a dial thermometer. Once that was in, my actual internal temperature read a steady 167.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Highly recommend This thermometer takes the guess work out of what the temps should be for what you are cooking. Select the meat type, and the thermometer is set automatically.

Rated 5 de 5 de par An excellent addition to my smoker & grill! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found that this thermometer was responsible for perfectly cooked meat each and everytime. No more guessing and most especially, no more opening the door and losing heat to take a temperature from your meat. Just set it and go about doing whatever else you want to do. Once the temp is within 5 degrees it will warn you. Once it reaches the desired temp, it's time to eat! I wouldn't even think about smoking without it anymore!

Rated 5 de 5 de par Nice Thermometer This is a great product and one that makes an afternoon of grilling even more enjoyable. It eliminates the guesswork in knowing when meat is cooked to your liking. I would definitely recommend to a fellow griller.

Does this digital thermometer actually work?

The reviews for this thermometer are very conflicting. I can usually rely on reviews of a product to help me make the right choice, but I'm at a loss on this one! Can I get any more feedback on these from other customers? Thanks!

Is it possible that the thermometer can be switched in Celisus?

Thank you for your question. Yes, it is possible to switch the thermometer to a Celsius reading. To do so select the Fahrenheit or Celsius indicator °C / °F, located beside the monitors battery compartment, to °C or °F.
