I was quite surprised and pleased that the quality is better than I anticipated it would be. It is far sturdier than I thought, my opinion based on the picture alone. It has the ability to be added to, a shelf or a desk which is awesome. The dual ladders make it easier to place in the bedroom, meaning you aren't forced into one spot, but have the ability to move it around as the need or desire arises. The job of putting it all together was quite easy and though having two people to do that job, it can be done by one person.

I ordered these beds for my granddaughters, ages 8 and 6. They get a kick out of the ladders -- which are like a jungle gym/monkey bars kind of thing. My son-in-law is a wizard with his tool box so assembly was a breeze. The color bright white tends to make a small room look more spacious -- as does the extra space under each bed. This was a good buy. If I could change anything, I would make the height a couple of inches shorter. Thanks, Grandma Toni

Rated 3 de 5 de par Good bed, as long as you don't have to cut on it. Goes together well, sturdy, but mine had a side rail that was missing a support rail hole. One had 22, the other only 21. Didn't feel like the hassle of contacting the company to try to get a replacement all the while having a half done frame in my kids room, and not wanting to dismantle what I had done, I purchased a dremmel and cut the 22nd hole myself. Finished assembly and now I have a nice loft bed for my son. I added a piece of plywood to replace the box spring for support.

However two of the pre drilled holes were misaligned and/or missing grooves so assembly was a long and frustrating process that ultimately required the use of our own screws and creativity to complete. Also getting in and out is a pain because there is no break in the side rails so you have to climb up and over, and the ladder rungs are pretty narrow so they dig into your feet hard. Ouch.

I am able to fit a full size mattress long ways in the space underneath. However, I could not screw in one of the bolts because there was a little ball of metal in the way. I’m not sure if that's something quality control should have taken care of.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The loft bed assembly instructions/diagrams were very good/clear, and I had no issues assembling the bed. It is well designed, and sturdy. The only minor issues are that the end rails above the ladders are full height (do not offer a lower top bar for easier entry/exit), and the tabs for securing to a wall are at fixed locations that are unlikely to match the location of wall studs (for the most secure anchoring).

So it says that the bed is 71 inch tall but that is the whole bed including the actual bed part. I would like to know how tall just underneath of the bed is?

If you mean under the lofted bed, yes there is.  But it’s a little hard to sit on top of the bed comfortably with standard 8 foot ceilings.
