Rated 3 de 5 de par Doesn't last long enough I thoroughly enjoy this machine. The Chai tea I use is completely mixed and warmed to a comfortable temperature. Other beverage makers have a very loud motor, this one is quite quiet. Some don't have the reheat feature this WestBend does, which keeps my tea constantly warm for a very long time. My complaint? The first unit lasted just 9 months. The plastic mixing container began to leak at its base. I'm very hopeful this unit will last much longer. I definitely recommend it to others, but caution you to treat it tenderly.

It is easy to clean and you can use it with just about any recipe or mix. However, after about five years the seal around the mixer will start to fail. So if you like it, you’ll have to buy a new one every five years or so.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a better replacement for the NR coffee cocoamotion, has two heat settings, holds a few more ounces than the outdated cocoamotion. Doesn’t scorch milk at the bottom. Keeps any left over hot until you turn it off. Comes apart for easy cleaning. Easy for young kids to make their own steams. Hot milk drink syrup. Kids like the toasted marshmallow and peppermint. Dozen of option for a hot milk drink.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Just what we were looking for! We had a Cocomotion hot chocolate maker years ago, and we wanted to buy them for out now adult children for Christmas. Apparently those aren’t made anymore. We looked everywhere for something similar and this is it! We love that it doesn’t have that dumb spout that always ends up breaking. You can make 32 oz. at one time, and it’s easy to refresh when needed. We bought 7 of them and they’re all great.

Rated 2 de 5 de par It’s ok I had a West Bend Cocoa Grande that I loved, but milk was getting under the seal in the container and souring and I could not get it clean enough. I bought the Cocoa crazy because it was smaller and it’s just on. It does not get the milk very hot (microwave does better) and it does not have the frothing feature the Cocoa Grande had. Would not buy again.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Greatest way to brew up your favorite hot cocoa! I couldn’t be happier with my Cocoa Crazy Hot Beverage Maker. It does all that it says it will and more. So popular, I had to wait quite awhile before it came back in stock. I am so thankful I practice patience in all that I do because this machine is well worth waiting for.
