VELUX skylights are an energy-efficient way to bring sunlight into a home and make dark rooms come to life. Bringing natural light into a home through a skylight decreases the need for electricity while maintaining privacy. Installing a skylight is one of the most impactful ways to enhance both the brightness and beauty of a room.

  1. All VELUX skylight glass are triple coated with LoE, dual sealed and injected with Argon gas. Laminated glass includes a 10 year warranty on glass breakage due to hail. For out-of-reach applications.
  1. Features laminated glass with a Neat glass coating that keeps your skylight cleaner, reduces unwanted outside noise, is energy efficient, with added safety and protection from UV rays.
  1. Pre-attached deck seal provides tight seal between frame and roof deck. Unit is low profile for enhanced aesthetic and energy efficiency. Integrated gaskets drain condensation to the outside.
  1. The interior frame is pre-painted white to eliminate the need for a painter. Neutral Grey exterior colour blends with all roofing colours.
  1. No wiring required fully functional regardless of the time of day. Comes with wireless remote, insect screen and integrated acoustic rain sensor to close skylight in case of inclement weather.
  1. Roof pitch between 14-85° (slope 3:12 to 137:12). Install with VELUX Flashing (sold separately) for full No Leak Skylight warranty. Combine several units with combi-flashing to maximize daylight.
