Partially closed cells are stratecially placed to drastically improve performance by evenly distrubuting compound across the surface. The polishing pad has a slower rate of polish absorption enhancing the polishing performance. Reduced surface tension allows operator to run the pad flat on the surface with minimal pad skipping. CCS Pockets grandually release polishing compound as required. Curved edges allow for ease of use in corners and along edges.
