Rated 5 out of 5 by from I Never Felt That Strong Every time I use any PL product it takes me back to my glory days in the 90s when I was too young to drive and a certain truck company used “Like a rock” as their theme song. You know why? Because this stuff is rock hard.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LePage Landscape Block Adhesive Works well. Second stack stone project that I have used this adhesive on and that’s because it is strong. It stands up great to our Manitoba temperatures, whether it’s +40C or -40C.

I am thinking to use PL adhesive instead of tapcons to bond pressure treated wood to concrete floor in my basement. This will serve as the bottom plate for wood framing in the basement. Can you please recommend me which adhesive would be suitable?

Asked by: bgoya
I would use PL Premium

Would this be suitable for installing a 11x11 ft ledgestone wall onto plywood?

Asked by: Richman
I installed it for outside paver block, but the adhesive is very strong and if you are installing indoors on a vertical plywood this would definitely work.

How many capstones can you affix with one tube? Trying to estimate how many I need for a project.

Asked by: Anonymous
I did 50 stones and I still have 1/3 of a tube.

I have a center chunk of a concrete stair that broke off, the top has pebble inlay, and I'd like to put it back in the same place. Would this be good for a 6"x6" piece on a stair or should I use a 6000 PSI concrete?

Asked by: Brett
Yes, this should be good an a 6” by 6” piece on a stair. I actually used mine to place concrete block landscape slabs on an area by my front pedestrian walkway and it worked perfectly. Thanks

can you use this to stick roofing shingles together, very high winds alway at least blow off 1/2 dozen shingles during wind storms, why not glue the lower half of all the shingles, if it can hold landscaping blocks, why not shingles

Asked by: stlwrkr55
Thank you for the question. Using LePage PL 600 Landscape Block Adhesive or similar construction adhesives for roof shingles is not recommended and should not be used because this product can cause damage to the shingles.

What colour is PL 600 after it dries? Is it paintable.

Asked by: Vic67
Thank you for the question. The color of the LePage PL 600 is tan like when cured. The adhesive can be painted if exposed.

Years ago we had a pool surrounded by moulded concrete pavers installed. Several of the pavers along the flat walkway & one concrete step has come loose. Would this product be okay to adhere one step to the lower step & secure the walkway? Anything better

Asked by: Peach
Thank you for the question. Because this is a step construction it is important to determine first what was previously used. If it was mortar then mortar should be used for permanency. If an adhesive was used then you need to remove all old adhesive. At this point we would recommend the LePage PL Premium Polyurethane Construction Adhesive in lieu of the LePage PL 600 as the better choice for repair. Keep in mind, because you are in a northern climate the mortar is the preferred method for longevity and safety.
