Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad mop The mop handle when extended to its full length is short and I'm only 5'4" but I had to bend way over for it to work. Also the microfibre pad when wet is nearly impossible to move in a back and forth motion as it needs to to actually mop. It takes a great deal of effort to push it, pulling it back is a little easier but still hard, and when pushed forward the elastic that holds it onto the flat plastic mop head nearly makes it come off altogether because the microfibre sticks to the floor so badly when it's wet. I gave up with it altogether after a little while and had to get down on my hands and knees to finish "mopping". The cleaner itself was fine but the mop is garbage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Roberts floor cleaner I got this cleaner as a gift and really liked using it. It cleans parquet floors very well and leaves them looking brand new every time, with a very nice woody smell; leaves no residue and doesn't make the floors waxy and awfully slippery like Pledge does. The cleaner itself is perfect; the mop is not so much, as the cover often gets off the plank, more so after washing it. I used it for several months, so it's quite durable, too (though of course it's definitely time to get a new one). One negative thing is this cleaner is not readily available in large quantity for individual customers, it seems they only sell in bulk for commercial customers. Please Home Depot - do get some Multi-Purpose Flooring Cleaner 1 gallon canisters for your customers. Thank you.

Roberts Floor cleaner for laminate flooring

Does this product assist in making the laminate shine? We are using a product with our micro fibre mop and while it has removed some of the dullness of the wood the shine is still not to my satisfaction.

Roberts 1514 Multi-Purpose Flooring Cleaner is specially formulated for easy, daily cleaning of laminate,parquet, hardwood, ceramic and porcelain tile floors. The no-rinse formula dries quickly with a streak-free finish. Due to the large number of laminate choices with many different surfaces, please check with the manufacturer of your laminate floor for the products they recommend to enhance the surface "shine".
