The MILWAUKEE Voltage Detector and GFCI Receptacle Tester Kit can be used for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. With the highest safety rating in the industry, CAT IV 1000-Volt, the Voltage Detector can detect a wide 50V to 1000V AC range. A red LED and an audible tone indicate the presence of voltage. Our GFCI Receptacle Tester is designed to reduce the risk of electrical shock generated from outlets. Additionally, the visual indicator light turns on, indicating the activation of the GFCI test. LED visual indicators help determine the wiring conditions of an electrical outlet. Wiring conditions indicated: hot & ground reversed, hot & neutral reversed, open hot, open neutral, open ground, and correct wiring. The GFCI Receptacle Tester is covered under a 2year warranty.
Leviton's IPS06 Occupancy Sensor combines state-of-the-art technology with new aesthetics to provide optimal management of lighting loads. These energy-saving sensors are engineered to control current LED and Incandescent/Halogen loads and ensure that lights will turn ON automatically and turn OFF automatically when motion is no longer detected within the covered range. Designed to fit in a standard wallbox, the device offers 180 Field of View and 900 sq. ft. of coverage. The IPS06 has screw terminals for easy installation and does not require a neutral wire for connection. The devices feature a time delay setting which allows users the option to delay the light load from switching off for 30 seconds, 5 minutes, 15 minutes or 30 minutes. For example, closet lighting would ideally be set to turn OFF 30 seconds after the space is vacated. The IPS06 is single pole or 3-way, and is compatible with screw-based LED, Incandescent and Halogen loads.
Heat Detector, temperature fixed at 135 degree F branded Edwards , 120V with no battery back up and a Kidde smoke relay -Installation by a license contractor is recommended
Leviton's IPV02/IPS02 Universal Vacancy and Occupancy Sensors combine state-of-the-art technology with new aesthetics to provide optimal management of lighting and motor loads and a choice of either Manual-ON (Vacancy Sensor) or Automatic-ON (Occupancy Sensor) switching. These energy-saving sensors are engineered to control current LED, CFL, Electronic and Magnetic Low Voltage and incandescent loads and ensure that lights/motors will turn ON manually (vacancy) or automatically (occupancy) and turn OFF automatically when motion is no longer detected within the covered range. All models have screw terminals for easy installation and do not require a neutral wire for connection. The devices feature a time delay setting which allows users the option to delay the lights/motor load from switching off for 30 seconds, 5 minutes, 15 minutes or 30 minutes.
