Rated 1 out of 5 by from The warranty is almost worthless. A great little machine as are the other two 18 volt I bought earlier (the mower and hedge trimmer would rate 4+). The lower rating is because this one died. I bought it late last fall and didn't use it until this fall when leaves started to fall. The store where I bought it, North Saskatoon, would not accept return or replacement. I have to drive 45 k to the Martinsville depot. I can't drive so am left with some useless plastic. I am sure that you count on people not making this drive and that is why you do this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It really blows! Picked this up after my P2105 died after 8 years. This P21012BTLVNM really blows. They call this a Jet leaf blower and it sounds like one! Does an excellent job of blowing leaves,grass clippings etc. I have a variety of Ryobi 18 volt tools including some of the original blue ones. Ryobi is one the few tool companies that have kept the same battery platforms from day one. I have replaced the old blue/black ones with the new HP + versions.When using this leaf blower I use one of my 9AH batteries which does a great job, in fact it will blow the rocks from my borders if I get too close.The only issue I have had is when using the 9AH battery,it is heavy and if it gets bumped it sometime falls off.Have never had this happen with the lighter 2&4 AH versions.

It’s more than powerful to clear leaves and grass clippings. The 4.0Ah battery lasts long enough to clear the driveway, walkways, deck and pool area completely on one chargeThe variable speed trigger is very useful for moderating the blower power when needed. Very happy with this purchase.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from 18v leaf blower Well designed light duty cordless blower, best used by shorter people. If using for snow clearing, it lacks enough power to really do the job. A gas or 40v blower might be a better choice for snow. Also, if you’re 6 feet tall, the nozzle is too short to get close enough to the ground without constantly bending over. Will probably work fine for dry leaves and light duty garden blowing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from One HP but not really Bought this for this fall season, and finally used it yesterday. Found 2 problems. While it has a brushless motor as advertised, the battery contacts don't make use of the extra HP battery contacts for better performance. When I first started the blower up, the first thing I noticed, is that it sucks. Yes, sucks like a vacuum. The motor was turning in the wrong direction. I opened it up and found that the contacts were connected wrong. There was 3 colored wires to to the motor (red, blue, and black) and 3 colored connectors from the rest of the unit. The red was connected to red, but the black was connected to blue, and blue to black. Matched up the black and blue correctly and tested the unit, now it blows. Ryobi, you might want to increase the lighting in your assembly plants. Even without utilizing the HP battery's extra contacts this thing still blows hard. Definitely a good blower, as long as it doesn't suck.

Soon I got home very excited to open the box and big surprise no batteries or charger. Called Home Depot they said bring it back they will replace the product. Now need to drive back to Home Depot. Hopefully new one comes back as full set.

This thing has enough power to blow grass off the sidewalk, leaves off your lawn, even clean your driveway (dust and sand). I love it and would highly recommend.
