Ideal for aerating lawn and garden beds, Fiskars Steel Extended Reach Coring Aerator features heavy-duty, all-steel construction that outlasts other gardening tools. A large foot platform provides leverage when driving the cylinders into soil, and an extra-long handle eliminates sore knees from kneeling and back strain from bending. Two coring cylinders penetrate tough soil to remove 4 in.-long, ¾ in.-diameter plugs. T-shaped handle offers excellent grip and control.
Compacted soil results in thatch buildup and reduces the amount of water and nutrients your grass receives. If your lawn experiences moderate foot traffic, suffers from a thatch layer of more than ½ inch, or if you have heavy clay soil, you may need to aerate. Aerating your lawn with Brinlys 40 Tow-Behind Spike Aerators loosens soil and permits seed, fertilize, and water to reach roots. Our durable, heavy-duty aerator features 10 galvanized steel stars that perforate the soil up to 2 deep. Each 8 diameter star rotates independently and continues revolving during tractor turns, resulting in fewer passes due to missed areas. The 14 gauge steel, 110 lb. capacity weight tray allows for additional weight to be added for maximum penetration in hard soil. The more you spike aerate, the better your lawn looks and feels. Brinly aerators offer homeowners durable, high performance and affordable ways to aerate any size lawn, all from the comfort of your lawn tractor.
Brinlys 40 tow-behind Aerator-Spreader combination attachment allows you to simultaneously aerate and spread granular materials. The heavy-duty spike aerator perforates the ground while the steel drop spreader drops seed, lime or fertilizer directly into the soil where it works fast and wont wash away. This hard-working tool is built tough with durable tubular steel framing and drawbars. The 100 lb. capacity hopper is made from 18 gauge all-welded steel to minimize twisting and flexing when loaded. And the aerators 8 galvanized steel tine stars stay sharp, wont rust and penetrate up to 2 inches to allow air to reach the root system.
No tractor? No problem-- you can still get great results by aerating your lawn with the Brinly Push Spike Aerator! The 60 sharp tine tips perforates the soil over 2 deep so seed, fertilizer, and water reach your lawns root system. This premium push aerator comes with 5 stars constructed in galvanized steel, and Brinly's patent-pending 3D star design has been tested to improve star strength by 2X (ensuring durability even in compacted soil!) A rigid weight tray provides a stable platform for additional weight, maximizing penetration in hard soil. The adjustable handle accommodates users of different heights for ease of use, while the free-standing design makes for simple storage when the job is done. The Brinly Push Aerator also comes standard with transport wheels perfect when crossing driveways, sidewalks, gravel paths, etc.
When you aerate your lawn, you open up the soil surface to let grass roots get the air and moisture it needs for healthy growth. The Agri-Fab push spike aerator is perfect for smaller lawns. Just place a patio block in the tray and push or pull across your lawn. The spikes will penetrate the soil to allow nutrients access to the roots without the mess of plugs.
