J-B Weld Weld High Heat Mfr Part 8297F

HighHeat is a hand mixable epoxy putty stick specifically formulated to bond and repair materials that will be exposed to high temperatures in automotive and industrial maintenance applications. It cures to a tough, hard bond with little to no shrinkage. This industrial-strength product outperforms conventional epoxy putties at high temperatures and sets in 1 hour at room temperature. After 8 hours, it can be drilled, tapped, machined, ground, filed and painted. HighHeat is rated at a tensile strength of 800 PSI and cures to a machine grey in color. It is able to withstand continuous heat exposure of 400F and intermittent heat exposure to 550F

J-B Weld SteelStik Mfr Part 8267-SF

SteelStik is a hand-mixable, steel-reinforced, non-rusting epoxy putty that quickly repairs or rebuilds anything made of metal. After mixing, it forms an industrial-strength polymer compound that can be molded into shapes or used to build up, patch and repair steel components. SteelStik sets in 3-5 minutes and after 60 minutes, can be drilled, tapped, machined, ground, filed and painted. SteelStik cures to a dark grey colour, is rated at a tensile strength of 900 PSI and will withstand temperatures up to 300 degrees F.

J-B Weld Weld Mfr Part 8265-SF

The J-B Weld is The Original Cold Weld two-part epoxy system that provides strong, lasting repairs to metal and multiple surfaces. Mixed at a ratio of 1:1, it forms a permanent bond and can be shaped, tapped, filed, sanded and drilled after curing. At room temperature, sets in 4-6 hours to a dark grey color. A full cure is reached in 15-24 hours. has a tensile strength of 3960 PSI and sets to a hard bond overnight. It can withstand temperatures up to 550F when fully cured.

PERMATEX RED High Strength Threadlocker

Permatex Threadlockers are superior to conventional lock washers, nylon inserts, and other mechanical devices because they secure the entire fastener assembly against loosening from shock and vibration, so fastener clamping forces are maintained. Threadlockers also seal the threads against leakage, preventing rust and corrosion. Available in a variety of strengths and temperature ratings, Permatex Threadlockers are simply the most reliable way to lock and seal threaded fasteners of all shapes and sizes, either before or after assembly.
