The Wexstar power tester lets you know if your block heater, or any other electrical appliance is working. Simply Plug the Wexstar Power Tester into an electrical outlet or power extension cord: The Green LED indicates the electrical outlet has POWER. The Red LED indicates equipment is RECEIVING Power.
