Rated 5 out of 5 by from A real Money Saver A simple process to complete. Injecting the expanding foam can be tricky at the start when the crack is it's smallest. To help, before you start, I suggest warming the tube by submerging in hot water for 5 min or so. As written in the directions, “don’t rush” injecting. This is the same technology used by the foundation repair specialists that charge upwards of $600.00 + tax (the cheapest quote I got) to fill cracks. Shortly after completing the job, we had a heavy rain and there zero evidence of water seeping through the filled crack. To be sure, I even added extra water by flooding the area with our hose and not a drop came though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brilliant product, great results Make sure to follow the instructions accurately and this works really well to seal and then fill cracks deeply. It's a bit messy so have gloves and be ready to clean up but it's worth it for the results. You cover the crack with the sealer and spread it over and across the crack and install plastic injection ports which then all you to flow the expanding foam into the crack. Be careful not to clog your ports, I had one seal close but was easily drilled out. Make sure you're patient to allow the product to expand into the crack before moving on the next one. They have great instructions and if you follow them, the end result is great.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fixed my issues but doesn’t look all that great. Instructions were thorough and steps were laid out clearly. I know you have to be careful with this stuff because (aside from safety hazards of chemicals) the epoxy sets up relatively fast. I didn’t have any issues getting things into place in time but I would caution people who haven’t worked with products with recommended open drying times. When it all set up and I was done, the crack was filled and it feels extremely strong. Only time will tell if it actually keeps the water out and doesn’t shift but I have a good feeling. Don’t love the overall look of the repair but maybe it was my technique. Either way, it feels strong and I’m happy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use, long term fix! Product was easy to use and worked as intended. I used it in some deep cracks in a concrete floor where water has been an issue because of hydro static pressure. The instructions were easy to follow and application was easy, the tubes fit into my caulking gun and product flowed well. Make sure to wear gloves and I found it worked best when going slow to avoid a mess. It’s been a couple weeks and the product seems to have completely sealed the cracks with no sign of water. I’d be comfortable using this on another project for foundation crack repairs and finishing the basement after. Great product and worth the cost when considering what foundation crack repair companies charge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent control We used this product on a small crack that was beneath the ground on our foundation. The product instructions were simple to follow. There were minimal tools required to complete the repairs. The product reacted exactly as the instructions said and sealed the crack completely. (we even found the product oozing out of other portions of the crack that weren't visible to the eye!) I would not hesitate to use this product again if needed. The clean up was easy. The products didn't have any uncomfortable odours. I would rate this product as an excellent way to repair small concrete cracks without excavation. 5 stars in my books.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from BE FOREWARNED - YOU NEED 2X MORE THAN YOU THINK! I just finished TRYING to use the product to seal a crack in our stairwell prior to injecting the foam. While the crack is very large, given the size of the cartridge, I assumed I had lots of sealant to work with. Instead, while squeezing my caulking gun to get it out of the cartridge I came to a point where I could get no more out. I kept squeezing and squeezing the handle but nothing more would come. I finally pulled out a razor and cut the cartridge open only to discover that the stupid thing is only 2/3 full -- APPARENTLY ON PURPOSE! I thought I had lots to work with so subsequently was very liberal with my spreading. NOW I AM STUCK WITH A HALF FINISHED CRACK AND HAVING TO BUY MORE OF THIS EXPENSIVE PRODUCT BECAUSE OF THE DECEPTION. If this is the way it is designed, at the very least THEY SHOULD HAVE PUT THIS IN THE INSTRUCTIONS!!!!!!!!. The mixing tip is also WAY to long so a lot is lost inside of the tip. If you decided you HAVE to get this stuff, do NOT use the tip but squirt it directly out of the cartridge and mix by hand! I also assume the foam is cheaply made the same.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't Buy ,Find An Alternative I'm not one to review products but I do look at them before I buy. I would like to let those that are like me that buy a product based on reviews to warn them that this product does not do the amount it states on the bottle. I chiseled out the crack as per instructions (8ft long less than 3/4 inch on the surface (very small crack) and after 2 bottles I was only able to get 4ft done, I have to order more now but will be purchasing another product next time. Only 3/4 of the bottle is full but you are charged full price. Save you money and find an alternative.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A+ solution for a big issue So as the winter thaw started and water table levels started to rise, there was water penetrating up and through the concrete flooring in a basement storage room. We needed a solution that didn't involve expensive repairs. The Dricore concrete injection kit was just the thing! We were able to stop the water from coming in and dried the area and we're able to repair the area. I was skeptical about the solution but had nothing to lose trying. I'm absolutely blown away. It not only fixed the problem but it didn't leave the area looking like a rookie patch job either. Absolutely recommend!

Can this be used on a cement block foundation wall?

Asked by: Mark
No it can’t.  The sealing fluid would fall int the voids within the block and not follow the crack. The best way to repair a block wall is to use a dimpled barrier on the inside of the wall that extends to the footings and weeping tile. Not a simple task.

What size caulking gun will I need? 9 inch or 13 inch?

Asked by: Anonymous
The product tubes are 8.5 oz (250 ml) and require a standard 9” gun. The instructions call for a gun that can produce a 10:1 thrust ratio which is pretty standard for most guns sold at the Home Depot. Hope this helped.

Can I use it the fix the cracks in the winter time?

Asked by: Shane
worked great for me!! let the epoxy dry overnight. If i were to do it again I would buy an extra tube of epoxy (any brand) you want to make sure the complete crack is sealed before injecting the resin into the plugs (it is messy, wear gloves). I had a few spots on one crack where the epoxy wasn't put on thick enough and the resin ended up leaking out when it expended.

I have some initial research on these crack filling products and from what I've seen, most I've looked into (Dricore included) are two chemical mixtures. Product + hardener. How is this system different than those? Is one system better than the other?

What is the difference between the dual tube repair kit and single tube? Both seem to follow the same process. Epoxy sealer and then foam injection.

Asked by: JackD
Hello JackD, The difference is product volume. Dual Cartridge covers 8ft of crack, single cartridge covers 4ft of crack.
