This rolling composter's space saving design allows you to efficiently convert your kitchen and yard waste into rich soil enhancing compost. Just load it up, close the sliding door, and use the convenient built in hand holds to give it a turn every couple days and see how it produces finished compost in weeks. You can also conveniently roll the composter to your garden to dump the finished compost or move the composter to a different location within your yard.

  1. Avoid digging your compost pile by hand. The tumbling design makes mixing easy. In hot conditions and with a proper balance of ingredients the compost can finish in as little as two weeks
  1. Fantastic for beginners! The large opening and removable door makes it easy to add scraps/clippings and remove finished compost. Deep fins on the body provide great ergonomic handholds.
  1. The rolling design allows you to easily move the compost to where its needed.

I was pleased with the weight and ease of handling of this composter .... the disappointment came while rotating the drum containing the composting materials. The interior liquid runs out of the sides of the sliding panel that gives access to the interior of the drum when that panel reaches the bottom of the turn while rotating thus making a real mess....then additional water is required.... and the process begins again. I am 78 years of age...do my own outdoor chores.... love gardening.... but I am not getting the end product from this composter as I had planned and expected and need for good gardening. BeeJay

Marked as "Made in Canada", so NOT from China. Compact size fits well in our small yard. Shady spot will prolong it's life against UV damage. Would not be large enough to handle regular loads of lawn clippings or other bulk yard waste, but does fine with our kitchen scraps and smaller amounts of trimmings.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too small and narrow I ordered 2 thinking i could stagger them - fill one while the other was finishing off. Problem is that it is too small. It works, but becase of the lower volume and narrow structure it doesn't get as hot and therefore works slower. If you are thinking of staggering like i was, i would suggest getting 2 of the 140l versions. If not, you are better off with just one of the 140 l than one or two of the 70l.

Perfect size, easy to turn, quality construction and I didn’t have to put it together which is great. Only thing I don’t like is if you turn it 360° stuff inside gets stuck in the part where the hatch opens/closes so I only turn it left and right to avoid that.

The round part is about 2 feet across (diameter) and a foot wide/thick. Should fit in a space about 2.5 - 3 feet long and 1.5 feet wide. Recommend a shady or partly shady spot.
