Froth-Pak™ Sealant 620 is a two-component, quick-cure polyurethane foam that can be used to "picture frame" cavities and to fill penetrations and cracks up to 2” thick by 4” wide. Froth-Pak™ Sealant is a chemically cured foam designed to significantly reduce curing time. It dispenses, expands, and becomes tack-free in seconds, saving pros time on the Jobsite.

High Insulation R-value – Provides 6.2 at 1 inch and 12.2 at 2 inches for superior energy efficiency

Efficient Coverage – provides approximately 600 sq. ft. of insulation at 1 inch thick.

Fast Expanding Formula – fills larger gaps and penetrations between 2" and 4" wide in rim joists, roof-wall junctures, pipes, and ducts for effective sealing.

Fast Cure and Reentry Times – Can be applied up to 2 inches thick in one pass; 30-second cure and 1-hour room reentry accelerate installation and improve jobsite efficiency.

Versatile Application Areas – Ideal for, but not limited to, roof and wall junctures, walls and attics, flash-and-batt applications, crawlspaces, basements, as well as electrical, mechanical and plumbing penetrations in the building envelope, and HVAC joints.

Closed Cell Formulation – helps reduce moisture, mold, mildew, allergens, and rot for a healthier, more durable environment.

Reduces Draft and Air Leakage – Supports air change per hour (ACH) code requirements and lowers building energy costs.

Complete Job Ready Kit – Each self-contained kit contains an ISO (A) cylinder, a polyol (B) cylinder, an Insta-Flo™ dispensing spray gun, 8 cone spray nozzles, 4 fan spray nozzles, 1 wrench (5/8 in.), 1 petroleum jelly packet, and a 15-foot gun hose assembly

Long Shelf Life and Extended Reusability – Shelf-life of 24 months from the date of manufacture. Reusable for 30 days after opening when following all manufacturer’s instructions, helping to ensure entire kit can be utilized multiple installs
