Will plastic hold up over many winters?

Plastic to me seems like It would crack over time if left out year round from the cold. I wouldnt want to have to take these down every winter.

Mine have been up several winters and they still look new. If mounted on window brackets you can easily take them down to store them. Easily- if you have some one strong. They get heavy with dirt in them.

Mine are installed on our brick home. Brackets are screwed into the brick. I predrilled holes then screwed them in. Not difficult but when you add dirt and flowers it can be heavy so mounting properly is essential.
