Rated 1 out of 5 by from Just a hunk of junk Not going to make this long, just going to list the issues: - miter gauge is extremely sloppy in the runner channels - miter gauge pivot pin has a couple degrees of slop - runner channels aren't even the same widths, to the point where a binding fit of a runner in one has slop in the other - blade cannot physically be angled at 90° to the table, hard stops are half a degree shy - blade height has no lock, so the motor vibration changes the cut depth as you use it - blade height adjustment handle hits the blade angle lock lever every single rotation - fence is a pain to clamp down parallel to the blade It would almost be okay if you were to immediately scrap the miter gauge and fence, but the blade can't even hit true 90°... So no, this is a 1* product for sure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I was impressed I have a Delta hybrid saw in my shop at home. I needed a table saw for some work at a friends place; a saw that would likely be used for one project. At this price, it fit the budget. But was it any good? Short answer is, yes! I used it to cut through 3/4" plywood, cut dados in same and also ripped oak trim. Never bogged down. The blade made splinter free cuts while ripping as I expected, but it also was great for a few crosscuts I made. Advice: - It's a light saw, but when bolted to a sturdy table, as the manual states, it is a solid piece of gear. I wouldn't use it without securing it to something. - The table is small, so work with sheet goods is a challenge. You`ll need to provide support for the work piece. - The fence is great when it's clamped in place. BUT, check that it is square to the table (parallel to the blade) before cutting anything. - The clamp for the riving knife is a bit wonky. It's a quarter turn motion of a nut (on a nice plastic handle), but if the bolt side is a bit loose, it doesn't clamp. Not a big deal, but it did require some time to get it right.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unbeatable for the cost (tip: build sleds for it!) The quality of the blade and tabletop on this saw are great. The components (mitre gauge, rip fence) ... is where you see the low price rear its ugly head. The mitre gauge has a lot of give to it, making precise measurements hard. The rip fence is nice and straight and reliable ... but positioning it is finicky and non-intuitive. I (mostly) solved all this by building sleds for the saw. Specifically a cross-cut sled and a mitre sled. Now I almost never have to use the mitre gauge, and the rip fence only sometimes, leaving behind only the highest quality components. With that in mind, this saw is unbeatable for the price!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect table saw for around the home projects After my 10 year old 10" table saw died, and I could not fix it, my hand was forced to purchase a new table saw. Not willing to spend crazy money for a sporadically used work shop tool I turned to The Home Depot. I found this table saw in store at the price point I was willing to pay and for the basic features I was looking for. It did not come with a stand but prior to me moving the old table saw to the local recycling centre I removed its stand, added some plywood to the top of the stand base and now I have a brand new functional saw for all my cutting needs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very impressed. Saw came out of the box perfectly set up. Blade angle perfect at 90*, rip fence was right on the money. Motor is more than adequately powerful enough to rip through some pieces of 8" thick African Mahogany with out even coming close to bogging down (of course I had to flip it over to complete the cuts), & it hardly slowed down. Dust collection was not a problem after simply taping over the vent slots & installing my dust collector pickup from thru the underside of my table under the saw.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Much better than the price suggests it will be Surprisingly good, re-sawing 3" hardwood for hours without issue right out of the box.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Table Saw I recently purchased this saw for my weekend and hobby work, mainly ripping and cross-cutting lumber for household projects. I'm very pleased. It is powerful and glides through 2x4 stock. The fence locks down very solidly and makes precise and accurate cuts. Excellent value here. Just what I needed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Hobby Saw This is a good saw for a home hobbiest as long as you don't expect more than it can do. It is a light duty saw so don't expect to be ripping 2x4's or larger. The first thing I recommend is making a zero clearance insert for the blade.

Is this powerful enough to cut granite and marble?

Asked by: echan
Hi Echan, This 10-Inch 15-Amp Table Saw is not designed to cut any stone let alone marble or grandite which are two very solid live stones. If you need a saw that will be able to cut through that material, take a look at our tile saws. When cutting any stone material or concrete you need to have the tile and balde lubricated to ensure both objects don't over heat. Thanks for reaching out, RYOBI Canada.

Some reviewers complained about the blade not being parallel with the mitre gauge slot. Can the blade alignment be adjusted, or is it fixed to the plastic base?

Asked by: JimC
I DID NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM, HOWEVER SOME CARE IS REQUIRED TO ENSURE THAT THE FENCE IS POSITIONED CORRECTLY. A SIMPLE MEASUREMENT SHOULD BE ENOUGH.

Can use use a dado stack on this saw?  Is the arbor shaft long enough for a 1/2" or 3/4" stack?

Asked by: Dave33
Hi Dave33, This has a 5/8" arbor. The shaft is on the shorter side and will nor allow accessories like Dado blades on this model. Thank you!
