Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Product For a Lot of Money I bought three of these room controllers and 16 SPEX lights. The room controllers and lights are very close together but they do not establish a network connection with all the lights they are hardwired to. This is very expensive product. I'm an IT technician .. have been in the technology field as a software and infrastructure engineer for 25 years. I can't get this stuff to work. Would not recommend this product to anyone. Also tried the Wiz App on a Android phone. The wireless router is in the same room as the lights and i'm standing next to the router yet the Wiz app can't find 80% of the lights. Just a horrible experience and a lot of money wasted.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Many features when paired with Wiz Smart Fixture There are so many features built into this one controller, add the App and it's incredible what you can do with your lighting. I installed this paired with 4" Wiz pot light Smart Fixtures in my bathroom. It's great to have softer light in the morning or at night and be able to have whiter light mid day. There is a circadian cycle in the app that changes this throughout the day for you, works great. Great function with the wall switch alone and the app features add lots of value too. It is deeper than your average switch so you may need to reorganize your wiring a bit, otherwise install is easy. The faceplate looks great as it snaps on and doesn't use screws.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't Connect Bought for bathroom - the switch doesn't connect to the WIZ app, and you have to hold it down for 6-8 seconds to power it on or off. The lights don't connect to the app. The app is convoluted and not straight forward. Quality in form but NOT FUNCTION! You would expect more for an expensive product. Hope Home Depot accepts returns, because after three days of light installation, the packaging has been tossed. Extremely frustrated and disappointed. Thought I was paying more to get quality.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great dimmer switch I installed this in a double receptacle to replace one side that was an old switch with this. The lights it was used were also replaced with wiz lights so they are compatible. I wish the backs of these were less deep, they should be able to reduce the size by now but I was ok this time since the double receptacle let me move wires around. The dimmer doesn’t make the other wiz light buzz, the lights also don’t flicker. The button functions are useful and they all work with Alexa. I normally just use my phone to turn the lights off instead of talking but the voice control always works. I would recommend this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy install and fun to use Once I figured out which fuse to turn off, and once I figured out that I was trying to add the wrong device to the app (it's a room controller, not a wifi switch), then install was a breeze. I wish there was a better manual included in the package that explains what all the little buttons do, but I'm slowly figuring it out. It's more responsive than other wifi switches I own, and saves presets. Very fun for mood lighting in my master bedroom!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from More than a light switch These smart switches are really great for entertainment rooms or boardrooms so you don't have to get up to turn on or off the lights. There is another function that most people don't talk about. It can be used to replace any switches, such as your heating boiler switch, garage door switch etc., and control it remotely without extension wires. I use it to control the heating in my greenhouse so I don't have to run out in the cold to manually control the temperature. If you integrate it with a smart home hub, you can turn it into a smart timer switch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Installation This is my second Spex product and am very impressed with the quality of the products. Fit and finish are top of the line. While not being an electrician,I have installed several and replaced several lighting fixtures over the years and am comfortable around electricity. After following the usual safety precautions (turn breaker off, confirm with voltage tester),following the included wiring diagram made installation quick and straightforward. Being an existing WiZ user, connecting to the light was just a case of following on screen prompts. Not needing a hub makes these products so much easier to connect to. No Siri voice integration but that is the only negative comment I have.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy To Install, Smart Features Work Great I recently installed this in my home theatre. It works great with the smart led bulbs I recently purchased as well. It was easy to install but keep in mind in order for it to work you require a white neutral wire. I like that it has different mode settings. I have a mode set through the app so when it time for a movie, using Google Assistant, it will dim all the lights except for 2 which will turn blue. When the movie is over, I tell Google to turn lights back on and it will turn all the theatre led lights on. I am going to purchase another one for my outside lights so I can turn them on remotely when I am on my way home at night. This switch looks good and is easy to operate.

I have two light switches in the same electrical box that control two different lights in a room. Am I able to wire both of the lights to this room controller and have it work (provided I install Wiz fixtures of course)?
