Rated 4 out of 5 by from Blade Tension Tip - Before First Use Here’s a pro tip from a DIY’er... The saw comes with far less tension than required to saw through metal. Give the thumb screw a few turns until the blade is securely taut. Then it will work just fine.

Can this saw through a blue concrete screw?

Hello and thank you for your question. The hacksaw is primarily used for metal cutting, plastic, wood. You can cut a few blue concrete screw but if this is for a bigger job a cutoff wheel would be best.
