Paulin Snap Fastener Screw Stud is a screw stud that is used in hard surface where a cloth or cover requires attaching. The stud installs in a hard surface with the self-tapping screw feature allowing for easy installation. It is recommended to pre-drill a hole before installing the stud. The socket and cap can be snapped onto the screw stud.

Caps, Sockets, Studs and Posts. The socket part fits in the cap (top part of snap). The cap is the smooth side that is fitted to the material. The post that fits in the Stud (bottom part of snap). When the post expands, it creates a tight fit. Some materials may require pre-drilling before inserting the snaps.
