Rated 4 out of 5 by doug from size and shape it is not rectangle. it is the correct trapezoid shape. This is in spite of the online person I asked saying during a chat, "i'm looking at it out of the box and it is a rectangle"

Rated 2 out of 5 by gcollyer from Just so so. Its just ok. The casting is thin and after about three fires, in a standard open fireplace, the grate has cracked. After about 7 fires you can visibly see the grate sag and deform. If you don't have to buy this try and find a better one. It is good in a pinch but don't expect multiple seasons out of this.

Rated 4 out of 5 by GRS31 from Very functional I have had this grate for about a month. It is sturdy. It sits well raised which makes cleaning below it easy but does limit how high wood can be stacked on it for burning. No quality issues.
