Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality I purchased that 4 months ago The knob to turn on the filter became hard to turn then completely stopped working and got broken after that. When filter was engaged, water still dripped from the unfiltered tap. We bought another On-Tap filter System a few weeks ago. Within a couple of days water began leaking again and the knob again became harder to turn!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheaper construction than older filters We've been using these on faucet filters for years with no problems. We recently had to replace our almost 6 year old Filter System and was shocked at how cheap and shoddy these new ones seem to be. The first one we bough completely stopped working within 2 months. The knob to turn on the filter became hard to turn then completely stopped working. When filter was engaged, water still dripped from the unfiltered tap. Unable to exchange due to covid restrictions, we bought another On-Tap filter System. Within a couple of days water began leaking from unfiltered side when filter was engaged. A couple of days later, a leak developed where the filter attaches to the unit and water sprays out when filter is engaged. We opened a new filter and not only did it still leak but there was a pinhole on the filter itself that sprayed water across the room when the filter was engaged. We've wasted money on 2 Filter systems and 2 filters. We're done. I have no idea what happened to the quality of these units but they surely aren't up to their previous standards. Fortunately, we had an Pur filter unit that we purchased for our condo in the US and it works without a problem. We will probably just stick with Pur since Brita has such awful quality control issues.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cheap plastic quality Very bad plastic quality. After two months, water started to leak from all the parts of the filter.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaks Purchased this filter system back in late Jan 2020. Worked great until May which is when the system started to leak. I thought perhaps a new filter was needed. But after replacing the filter, it still leaks. It leaks from all over (part connecting to faucet, body of filter system, and part where regular tap water comes out) while filtered water is pouring out. Not happy with the system, and hoping Brita can take care of this.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leakage problem I bought this a few weeks ago and it is really easy to install and fits well with the faucet. However it started to leak after only a couple weeks using it. The leak comes from between the filter and the brita on tap. It’s not just a simple leak, it as enough pressure to shoot in multiple direction in the face ! I guess I’ll have to find another way to drink clean water

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic filter The other reviews are silly. When you put it on the faucet, just use a little thread seal tape and you won't have any issues. I've had the same one for 6 years, no problems, and its very convenient. Much easier than refilling pitchers constantly, and great for the kettle, or making pasta. The back pressure will increase as the filter gets old, and its tougher for the water to get through, but I have had no issues, even without changing the filter MUCH longer than they recommend (single person, not a family).

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaks after a month or so I bought two in one year. Had seveal showers because the filter flies out randomly and both units started to leak after a month or so.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't EVER buy this! This item will work great... for about 3-6 weeks... then it will start to leak from between the black attachment ring and the rest of the device. Brita will drag their feet and eventually send you a new one, free, but the hassle isn't even close to worth it. Don't buy it. Ever.
