Without having to go outside and adjust, I can simply use the remote from the comfort of my home to turn on and adjust the timer settings which are 2, 4, 6, or 8 hours. It also has a dusk to dawn sensor setting. If I had realized such a product like this existed, I would have purchased it long ago.

I have got this product and when I got it home and plugged it in and plugged in the light I want it to control, it won’t stay of. I press on and it stays on for about 2 seconds and then turns off. It does this for every button I press. Is it broken ?

The model of 1001133816 is designed for outdoor devices, when you plug in at On mode, it will keep on continuing until you press Off button. Kindly refer the instruction manual included in products or on website for further checking your connections and make sure your light switch turns to On position if it has. Can this be used for a pool pump (120v)?

The package says it can handle up to 15Amps and 125 volts, so you should be fine. The timer is essentially activated by a light sensor....so at dusk it senses the loss of daylight, then turns on electricity for a set period of 2,4,6 or 8hours. If that arrangement would work for your pool pump then it would probably do the job. But you may want to look for a timer that operates on a clock rather than light sensors.

The timer is a very straight forward design, simple setting once after you plug it with power and connect it with 1 or 2 devices to be turned on or off. The timer program can be selected through gray button or set by the remote switch. The remote switch will override any function on timer existed setting. Can you have more than one unit with the remote only operating the unit it came with? or will a remote operate all tiimers?

There is channel label on products CH A, CH B, etc…, so as to pair the receiver and remote control. Usually, both connecting devices are working synchronous and controlled by one remote. Different channel is unable to cross control others. If you’d like to use several timers with one remote, kindly purchase same timer model in the same channel identification.
